Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Downtown, Jacksonville

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Great place to stay while visiting family in the area. Beautiful view of the river, walkable location to shopping and eating in the area. Only two things worth mentioning is there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working, but there were 2 ice trays in the freezer. Other than that the place was clean, the AC worked great on the hot days, everything was well stocked. We hope this is available next time we come down.

Host was extremely prompt with communication. She was very helpful with adjusting temperature. Mild inconveniences with neighborhood, but overall we felt safe and comfortable. She was very accommodating in last minute reservation changes!

We booked for a concert at VyStar Veterans Arena and this place was very conveniently located for it. The home was very clean and we were very happy overall.

Wyman was amazing. He was very accommodating and helpful. I really appreciate everything. The space was private and peace. That shower… amazing, gets very hot, I enjoyed it! lol would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! Really enjoyed the little house and the neighborhood. Several cool pockets of town with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Adam and Kiki are wonderful hosts. Friendly and fun! The house is stocked with many extras. If you find this gem, rent it!! I will absolutely stay here again.

We chose Daniel’s place because it had two full bathrooms and it was perfect for our family to get ready to attend a wedding. The entire home is well equipped with every thing to make our stay comfortable - in unit washer and dryer with detergent to do laundry; iron and ironing board in the bedroom closet for last minute formal wear touch up; plenty of storage to unpack clothing to feel at home; luggage rack for suitcase; extra folding chair to use at dining room; coffee machine stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and stevia; water in fridge and ice cubes in freezer; hair dryer in bathroom; plenty of towels; and kitchen equipment/items to cook/prepare meals. Nicely done!

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s! The area was very cute and walkable to restaurants. Andrea and her mom Carol were both very responsive during check in and throughout our stay. The place was very comfortable and had nice eclectic furnishings. We would definitely stay here again!

beautiful home with a great atmosphere even though we were gone majority of the time when we did come back it was like we were at home definitely will stay again and again! Everything was outstanding even the host !

Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There’s Private parking and the apt has umbrella, chairs and beach towels. Host really think about everything! Highly recommend

This place was amazing. The beach views were stunning. No picture could capture it! The surrounding neighborhood was very nice and safe. Even though you’re in a complex, walls aren’t paper thin which creates more privacy for your family! Tiffany was very responsive and helpful - even informed us of local events. The place is as listed, fully stocked for pretty much every need, and super convenient for the beach. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony or even the bed. We would love to rebook in the future!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Amazing location, this apartment is a true gem. Bruce and Pamela are responsive and kind hosts, and there is everything you may wish for in the apartment. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely do so whenever I am near Jacksonville!
