Absolutely one of the best stays ever! Francesca and Carlos’ home is just beautiful! We had plenty of space and the home was immaculate! From check in to check out the entire process was easy and our hosts, are most definitely Superhosts! They were extremely quick to respond and answer questions and offer information about the area to help us navigate…very helpful! All of the little touches to make you feel right at home are here. Loved being able to make coffee in the mornings at the little coffee station! We were very close to downtown and the stadium, like about 5-7 minutes and close to a number of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Easy to find and Thomas communicated with us making the experience smooth.

The location was great, albeit next to some train tracks! This didn’t bother me or my husband as we used to live beside an active railway, but it’s definitely jarring if you aren’t used to the noise. Trains do run at night and the early morning. Otherwise the location was walkable, the neighborhood was chill, and the space was very comfortable! Daniel was super responsive when we needed additional fans in the room. Parking wasn’t an issue, there is only one designated spot on our side but there were additional spots on the other side of the whole unit. Street parking is possible but it’s tight, I would avoid it. The bedsheets were a little warm for my taste but the bed was very comfortable. The bnb is very new, like still stickers on some of the appliances new, but we had a great stay with no concerns!

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

Just finished up a wonderful stay at Paradise Palms Estate! We are a very busy family of 5 and enjoyed some much needed downtime together in an absolutely gorgeous, peaceful setting! We loved unwinding at the pool, taking advantage of the home gym each morning and also making dinner together in the beautiful (well-stocked) kitchen while relaxing at night. Cassandra was extremely responsive with any questions we had! Would love to get back to visit at some point again very soon!

Great location. Nice and spacious. Felt like home. Only bad thing is the game room was hot. But we opened the doors and it cooled down fast..

Sandra was a terrific host. her place was as described even better. beds were comfortable,lots of bathrooms, lots of outdoor seating, and pool toys and indoor and outdoor toys/games. perfect for us as we had a family wedding in the area. neighborhood was nice, quiet nearby to stores and restaurants.

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

This place was great. Our family enjoyed it. The pool was amazing and everything was clean. It actually restored our faith in renting Airbnb properties due to some previous bad experiences but this one was exactly as pictured and clean and comfortable for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and the surrounding area is nice. Only a short drive to the beach. Would come back for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

Me and my kids as well as our puppies stayed a weekend at this wonderful place my kids loved the house and it was a relaxing getaway my family needed everything was just what we expected Mr.Walden is very nice and responds with no problem in a very timely matter. This house is in a great location and super spacious for a large group. It has good gathering spaces, both inside and out. It was very clean inside. I would have never guessed they will allow pets. The kitchen is sparsely furnished so cooking in was a bit of a challenge. The bedroom with two twins is only separated from the kitchen with a curtain, so noise could be a factor. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, but the deck area needs some sprucing up.

The home was beautiful and spacious! There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The pool was comfortable and relaxing as well. I would highly recommend.

This place is amazing and you won’t regret staying here at all. It’s not only beautiful, but it’s in our favorite area of Jacksonville, and the hosts are what every Airbnb host should be! Super responsive and takes care of you! Don’t miss out on staying in such a unique and cool space!

I loved how specious the unit was. The host were very responsive and kind. I will definitely rebook in the future when I return back in town.

I honestly wish I could have stayed at Daiv’s Place longer. I felt so at peace. The apartment is so comfortable, I legitimately felt like I was in my own space. It’s one of the best AirBnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The decorations are so fun, I loved the bohemian vibe. Thank you, Daiv, for a great stay!

This turned out to be the perfect stay for a besties weekend get away. The queen bed was super comfy and the water pressure was fantastic. The shower never ran out of hot water during our stay. Everything was clean and there were extra toilet paper and trash bags available. The neighborhood is very homey and lively, seemed like a good community. I would absolutely book again if I'm ever in the city.

This house was everything you could hope for! The beds alone were a dream to sleep in, we were amazed how comfy they were. The host put so much thought and detail into everything, such as the labels, the towels, the wood for the fire or the recommendations of restaurants and nightlife. We were celebrating a birthday and the pool was the icing on the cake! 10/10 experience, thank you so much!!!

My family absolutely loved this place! It’s beautiful and was spotless. The pool and jacuzzi was amazing! Our only complaint was the master bedroom was hot and felt like there was no air flow. The overhead light and fan did not work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely book this place again.

Seriously great stay. House is comfortable and full of character! Andrew was super responsive and friendly. Quiet neighborhood, but super convenient to everything. Loved it!

This place was beautiful on the inside and looked just like the pictures. The only thing I didn’t like was the spider webs and dusty porch other than that the stay was AMAZING. Definitely give a historical feeling !
