Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Jacksonville

From the moment I walked in the door until I turned in the key this was a 5 star experience. Our host was responsive and not only that but she was proactive which really made our stay stress free. This place was packed with all the amenities that we could need including access to the pool, tennis courts and a 24hr gym. The location a win if you want to stay in and if you want to go out youre close to the Town Center and not too far from the beach or downtown. I particularly enjoyed the design of the layout. The space is cozy and comfortable for 2 or 3 people and the ONLY thing I didn't like is that we didn't stay longer. Top tier experience

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

This apartment was perfect for our stay, there were 4 of us, we had plenty of space. The apartment, building and grounds were very clean. We arrived following a rain storm and the internet was out in our unit, a quick email to Prime and it was back up and going.m, they were very responsive! They provide excellent instructions to find the entrance!

Place was exactly as advertised. Host was helpful and responsive . The water cooler was a great touch ! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling and needing a nice home like place to stay in Jacksonville !

Great place to stay!!! Clean and spacious. TV’s in each room definitely a plus. Washer dryer and laundry detergent! Oh yeah A1. The host was so nice and understanding as our check out time was extended, would stay here again for sure

Went there for an instructor certification at Warrior Martial Arts Headquarters. It was conveniently located, fair priced, and when I needed help they were very responsive and helped us with accommodations. Will gladly stay there again when we come back in a few months.

We had a great time at Brooke’s condo on the beach! Perfect location right on the beach. Nice spacious corner condo. Kitchen was easy to cook in because Brooke provided a lot of nice cookware and utensils! Plenty of plates, bowls, baking dishes and drink ware. This is the second time we have stayed at this complex and will definitely stay here again. Love the convenience of being able to walk to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were super nice and were very quick to respond. It’s very clean and comfortable. It’s also in a great location and just a quick walk to the beach!

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

We had a great week at Rami's place. The view from the ninth floor balcony was beautiful... the only disappointment was that we didn't see as many dolphins as we did last year! No problems with accommodations: a/c worked great, glass sliding doors were smooth and easy to open, and all kinds of beach gear in the closet for visiting beach (chairs, sand toys for kids, large wagon for taking things to the beach or getting your groceries from car to unit).

The purpose for our trip was to visit family living in the area. The location was IDEAL. And the 2 king sized suites made it more so. It gives the feel of a luxury hotel. The place was immaculate. It had every creature comfort one could want. JCE went above and beyond what anyone would expect in making us feel welcome, comfortable and appreciated. I highly recommend this location and JCE. They are indeed SUPER HOSTS.

Great condo right on the beach. Clean, comfortable. Internet and TV were flawless. We tried to get it another week but it was already booked! We'll stay there again. Pat Rhyner

I will definitely be back to stay here next time I visit Jax. The place was clean, had everything I needed, and the hosts were super responsive and helpful. I liked the location too, there was always parking available within a block, and super close to uber wherever I wanted to go downtown. Thank you!!

Excellent Studio in Downtown Jacksonville. Was perfect for a quick trip out of town to see a football game. was able to grab a scoot to the Stadium for about $6. Lots of restaurants open late that were walkable. Very quiet city.

beautiful home! our check in was delayed due to last renter not respecting home. but owner was communicating the entire time. a few things needed attention but it wasn’t the owners fault, he could have canceled stay and fixed all the damage but he didn’t and allowed us to stay. He was fast to respond to all messages and all concern were resolved with no issues. we will definitely be renting again when we come back next year!

it was a wonderful stay , felt right at home . and pet friendly second time coming and it was amazing definitely will be coming again when we travel . easy access and quick response. thank you we loved it

Don't doubt this property. it was amazing. It was very clean,easy to find, in a great location, and it was quite. the home felt like my own. I looked and could not find any substantial problems with this home. The 3 bathrooms were great. the air conditioner was cold and hell the hot water was hot. it has a Ice maker with a water spout in the refrigerator that tastes like spring water. it was well work the the money and out host were so nice. I love this place

Jessicas place was nice and great for family. perfect layout, calm serene environment, clean and thoughtful. The host was very communicative and helpful. we will stay again! place definitely met expectations.

They have literally thought of EVERYTHING!! Plug covers, child locks you can use if you choose, plenty of linens, pillows and towels. They have a first aid kit, foil, Saran wrap, plastic gloves, all the items you need for condiments, there was some ice in the fridge, tooth brushes, the cutest little toothpaste samples you could imagine, shampoo, conditioner and even games for adults and children alike. There was a desk upstairs which was perfect for me because I work remotely. Pool pass was by the door with a pool bag and pool towels all ready available for us! The only suggestion I have is a curved shower curtain because the plastic liner did stick to us while showering and a shower head that has a removable handle to make it easier to bathe our kiddos. Thats just me being picky though because this place was AMAZING! Will absolutely book again! Matt was great and answered all of my questions!

An amazing home from the curb side of the front of the house to the end of the back yard. Being from Maryland, my family wasn’t used to the friendly little backyard occupants, but that’s Florida living. Overall an amazing home. I’d certainly recommend and potentially rent there again!!!

Check my record I’ve stayed at maaaaaaany many air b n bs and this by far was the best all around experience as far as no issues, everything was better then expected and the host was SUPERB! I highly recommend and honestly wish he could host all of my stay’s everywhere 😭. I’ll be back!
