Welcome to the award winning Cupples Cottages! This 600sf flat was recently renovated and is beautifully furnished. When built in 1952 by my late grandfather these units were offered fully furnished providing temporary housing primarily to the construction workers living away from their families working on my grandfather's construction crew. Fast forward over 70 years and 2 generations and the property has been reimagined as Cupples Cottages Vacation & Vehicle Rentals, operating since 2017.

This newly renovated cottage is in a downtown setting yet out of the bustle of busy city streets. It has a great view of the inlet and port, ands sits above the railyard. The bedroom has a KING size cool foam mattress and full bathroom with shower. On chilly nights enjoy an electric fireplace while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. The large backyard has a deck with table and chairs, as well as a firepit. There is a desk to work at and high-speed wifi internet, plus a free parking space.

"Bentley the Bus " has running water, electricity, heat, AC, WIFI, kitchen , shower and a regular toilet. Our floor plan allows to keep work and play separate as you are able to cook, lounge and enjoy yourself in the front of the bus, a private separated bedroom in the back where sweet dreams await. Two sofas in the front of the invite to be comfy with a movie - Bring Fido( no cats) who is welcome to stay with you for a small fee. Parking available. NOTE: BUS CAN'T BE DRIVEN BY GUESTS

This stylish loft w/ Private Entrance is located Downtown just off the park strip within walking distance of all downtown Anchorage attractions. Upstairs Studio with city views. Loft has a 65” smart TV, small fridge, microwave, toaster/fryer oven, Instapot and washer & dryer. Shared Barbecue grill and seating area on the patio. Cozy downtown apartment with 2 queen beds in separate areas. Full Kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bath with shower. There is a washer and dryer available upstairs that is shared with other guests. The apartment is downtown Anchorage, close to 4th Ave. dog sled races, court house and art galleries. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Guests have loved this new apartment because it is comfortable and cool with our warm summer.
