A Casa da Quinta do Magriço está inserida num espaço de 1 hectare de jardins cuidados e vinhas de vinho do Porto, onde os hóspedes poderão passear e usufruir dos vários recantos românticos de descanso ou leitura. A vista sobre o Douro e as suas montanhas é arrebatadora. Tem uma piscina com 12m de comprimento rodeada por belas árvores com o Douro ao fundo. O Refúgio das Poldras está situado em vilar de viando, mesmo junto ás margens do rio cabril, um dos rios mais limpos da região. Excelente para tomar banho, nadar, ou simplesmente caminhar ao longo de mais de 2km do rio cabril. Está localizada a cerca de 2km do centro da vila caso pretenda fazer o percurso a pé pelo caminho romano. o bungalow dispõe de uma cama casal com vista única para o rio, uma kitchenet para refeições ligeiras, casa de banho com chuveiro, e um deck suspenso .
