Vacation rentals with a kayak in Douro-Dummer

This was without a doubt the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! It was such a beautiful space. The view was unmatched and there was lots of room for all of us! We definitely plan on going back during summer months. May long weekend this year wasn’t warm and we would have loved to enjoy sitting out on that dock. Will definitely be returning!

Really lovely spot for a getaway outside of Toronto - the house was spacious, and had lots of fun activities like a kayak, firepit, shuffleboard, and pingpong. The views were beautiful and we had a lot of fun for a couple nights here. Renee and Marco were great hosts - super friendly and responsive.

Stjepan and Irina were very welcoming, and friendly. Very easy to communicate! We enjoyed all the amenities, the view was breathtaking, perfect for our group of 10 people!

I frequently stay at Airbnb’s and travel a lot. I would say this is the best host I’ve ever had. Super friendly, super nice, super knowledgeable of the area and gave great suggestions. The home was unique and very nice. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area.

Amazing stay at Steph’s! So helpful to be so close to wellington and the property was just as described and really well equipped. Steph herself was really responsive and helpful with local tips and changes to checkin / checkout! Thanks for a lovely time :)

Highly recommend Prince’s place! It was exactly as described, was in a great location and was extremely well equipped. Prince was super communicative and checkin/out was quite simple. Great spot for a weekend away!

This was our first experience with AirBnB and it was very positive overall. If available will certainly book this one in the summertime to take advantage of the scenic area.

The place is beautiful! Even better than the pictures. The hot tub was so relaxing and the view is gorgeous. Lots of privacy for a quiet getaway. The place is very clean and Jess is a great host. She’s very friendly and responsive and also gives you privacy which we really appreciated. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the host has even thought about the small things! We loved this place and I would definitely recommend it!! We would love to visit again! :)

This was my second stay at Stephen’s place and it did not disappoint yet again! This was the perfect cabin getaway, complete with a very clean, beautiful and cozy cottage paired with so much to enjoy outside and on the water. We cannot say enough positive things about our stay and how great of a host Stephen always is!! Would definitely recommend, and I look forward to another visit in the future!

We had a perfectly relaxing extended weekend. Spacious, clean and practically everything we needed including a fully supplied kitchen, books to read, games and puzzles to play, and loads of firewood to make the space warm and cozy. Lots of places to sit and relax inside and outside. We enjoyed the view of the lake either on the decks or inside through the large windows. Heidi was very responsive to messages and her instructions were clear and easy to follow. We look forward to coming back in the fall or winter months.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aubrae and Peter’s beautiful waterfront property. The location is quiet and serene, and the home itself is spectacular and very well equipped with anything you could possibly require for your time there. Communication was excellent, and any questions we had were quickly and cheerfully answered. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, and hope to return for another visit ourselves!

We love the location of this cabin on the lake. It was perfect for us with great access. The cabin is well appointed very clean and had everything we needed. We would enjoy coming back again.

Incredible property, secluded and private. Stunning views of the lake and the sun sets are incredible from the dock. Kayaks included were awesome fun and the local area had everything you needed (+friendly people!) Cassidy was quick to respond to questions and clear with instructions prior to our arrival. Book this cabin!!

We absolutely fell in love with Ken’s cottage on Stoney Lake. The cottage was cozy and clean and well cared for. We love that the cottage opens right onto a dock. It feels like you’re on a houseboat! Despite there being cottages nearby it was so quiet and we also loved using the canoe he provided to explore the lake. Our favourite part by far was the private Nordic spa. It was so relaxing and peaceful to have this private space to relax in a stunning natural setting. The neighbours we met were very warm and we also love the nearby communities. It’s close to Lakefield for ammenities and small town charm. We love the care that Ken has put into this unique experience and we plan on coming back twice a year to recharge and reconnect with nature and ourselves. We will also be referring family and friends. Thanks Ken for letting us use your little slice of paradise.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nerissa’s beautiful cottage. The views are spectacular and there’s a shallow walkout into the water. The place was exactly as described and very spacious for a larger group. Nerissa was very communicative and responsive.

Me and my Boyfriend had a lovely time at Mike and Rosa's cabin! It was an amazing experience as they even left us little personalised gifts for our anniversary. The cabin is beautiful and the lake is even prettier! We saw a beaver, loon and herons on the lake and enjoyed their beautiful waterfront firepit.

A couple of things that stood out for us was the abundance of towel racks and hooks in the bathroom as well as dimmers on all of the overhead lights (such a relief from glare!). We would stay here again.

A Perfect Getaway at a Beautiful Water View Cottage! Our group of girlfriends recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Airbnb cottage in Norland, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was great, with great views of the water that made every moment feel special. The cottage itself was very nice, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were attentive. We were disappointed that we couldn't fully enjoy the wonderful deck due to the weather. However, the hot tub was a fantastic highlight of our stay, and we made the most of it! Overall, our stay was great, and look forward to returning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful scenery, this is the place to be!

Highly recommend!! My friends and I had such a great time! There was 14 of us and got the whole cottage to ourselves and yet there was still sooo much space. We were able to bring our boat and having a launch beside the cottage made it so convenient. (Note: the launch is pretty steep and deep but it was doable) Fish in the boat house!! The extra kayaks and paddle board was a great added bonus. The only thing we had concerns about is there were no range hood on top of the stove. We cooked a lot, and it got very smoky in the house. Even with the windows and doors open. Other than that, we would definitely come back! We’d love to explore Stoney Lake more! Teresa has such a beautiful cottage. :)

You get exactly what you see in photos and property description. Great space for a few days. Quite close to neighbours so keep that in mind and dock isn’t quite stable enough to jump or swim off, but other than that would recommend! Lots of character in the cottage.

Christine’s place was absolutely beautiful and literally perfect for a cottage long weekend. the pictures don’t even do it justice. the dock out looked such a beautiful lake, great for water activities!! the beds worked out perfectly for 5 people, thought u could definitely fit 7, maybe 8. the kitchen was equipped with quite enough, and the bathroom had sanitary products which was so convenient. there’s also a soft tub which was super warm and so relaxing, and an entire bar room with darts overlooking the water! we had so so so much fun here and it was seriously such a beautiful cottage, don’t let the lack of reviews fool you!! absolutely loved this so much:)

3rd year to this wonderful cottage for our mother, sister getaway..Kelly is amazing. cottage is so peaceful. screen in porch is a place we spent alot of our time watching the water and wildlife. 100% recommended
