What a view! This was such a peaceful home to stay in. It was perfect for our family. We cooked a few dinners at the house and had a few dinners. Our host recommended renting a car as local bus doesn’t always run when you need it. I would recommend renting a car for this location as uber isn’t always available and it’s a hike up the mountain with luggage. We would definitely stay here again.

Judith was very welcoming and informative. While we were on the move constantly, the last evening we had a wonderful conversation for hours with Judith. Her place was in a quiet neighborhood and with us bustling about the countryside and during a European Racquetball tournament, coming back to her place late every night ( 6 nights) the calmness of her place helped us reset for each days new adventure. AMAZING stay. Bernhardt was attentive and helpful when needed, and also left us to enjoy the stay. I appreciate his recommendations for a car repair and restaurant to help us after a long drive and getting in late. The deck immediately on the lake is the highlight - heated pool, outdoor dining, outdoor shower, sun loungers and steps directly into the lake. Paddle boards were available. The private driveway cannot be taken for granted, this place gives privacy and a quick drive to town. You can enjoy the amenities and views of the area without leaving home if you like! Or, get out for an amazing adventure. Entertaining bird watching! This place is highly recommended and we look forward to coming back.
