Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Complete ground floor of a detached house, with an area of 120 m2!!! (Bedroom No. 3 is in the basement of the house). The street is very quiet but also close to the Swiss border (Basel-Bourgfelden) and therefore Tram No. 3, and also Basel-Mulhouse airport (no flights between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.). Villa Bellevue was completely renovated in early 2021, with a beautiful view of nature from the terrace, not overlooked. The coffee machine is a Bosch Tassimo brand.
