The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Leichtigkeit und Inspirierende Impulse kommen von selbst. Lassen Sie sich verzaubern. (-:

Cosy tyrolian hut with beautiful view

Schön renoviertes Tiroler Ferienhaus mit Hüttencharakter (ca. 60 qm). Wunderschöner Blick übers Gurgltal in die Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt an den Feldern. Sonniges Hanggrundstück mit großer Terrasse und wunderschöner Aussicht. Feuerschale mit Grillmöglichkeit, Sandkasten für die Kleinen.. Loipe vor dem Haus, Skigebiete in ca. 25 Minuten. Klettergebiete, Wanderungen etc. vom Haus aus möglich, Seen, Tauchgebiet, Golf etc. in 15 Autominuten. Die Möglichkeiten sind fast unbegrenzt!

From Haiming to the Ötztal, Kühtai, Imst and much more.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Small apartment in Imst-Sonnberg with a terrace

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.
