You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Our apartment is conveniently located near Düsseldorf. By car in about 12 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf, about 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping is within walking distance in a few minutes. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day. Wonderful, recently built 2-room granny annexe, app. 42 qm, fully furnished, tasteful decoration, with own terrace and garden and with private entrance door. Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .

The apartment is very bright and friendly, I felt right at home and above all had a good sleep. The parking and helpfulness of Julia was also great. I'd love to come back.

This was our first vacation with our twins (7.5 months). We had a great time. Helmut and Connie were very nice and helpful 😊 the appartement was very clean. They had one bed for a baby, we had asked in advance if there were beds for 2 babies and got a very quick answer. This allowed us to quickly provide an extra travel bed ourselves. Both beds fit in the bedroom. We loved the garden. We would love to stay here again!

We had a lovely time as a trio in the very spacious, listed apartment by Alexander. You will be staying in the middle of the monument of the beautiful and completely well-preserved fortress of Zons, within walking distance to the Rhine. Really very large and cozily furnished apartment with tasteful and complete equipment, where you could easily live in four. Alexander was a very friendly and dedicated host who even sent us a small forgotten lamp by mail. Thank you again for that. Everything is fine! Always happy to come back.

We stayed 4 nights during the Dokomi, there are several shops nearby, the apartment has great amenities and Gerd was so kind. He welcomed us warmly and showed us everything and immediately gave us a few tips where you can park well at the train station. We also talked to him a little bit when he handed it in. Always happy ☺️☺️☺️

Everything was great 5/5 Booked the apartment for the Dokomi 2025, was about 25 minutes. Way to Dokomi (If you booked P3 parking). The day before check-in, Marion informed me how to get into the apartment and on arrival there was also a small information folder. In this stand the house rules (e.g. how garbage is separated or what to look out for at check-out, etc.), nearby restaurants, grocery stores and ATMs. It was available in German as well as English. As a small gift, we also had a small wine, pasta and pesto. There was only parking for the car on the street, but I always found a free space there. The check-out was also made quite easy and understandable.
