Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Min zu erreichen. Dank der eigenen Küche steht einem gesunden und leckeren Start in den Tag nichts im Wege. Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe, living room with pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests. The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in January and February 2026. As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.
