У квартиры отличное расположение, балкон выходит на небольшой пруд, тут тихо и спокойно. Нет шума дороги и караоке. Внутри все как на фото. Комната небольшая, но есть все необходимое. Уборка раз в неделю включена. Мне было комфортно жить тут целый месяц. Пару раз были проблемы с водой, но они быстро решились. Хозяева всегда на связи по всем вопросам, помогли поднять чемодан на 2й этаж (тут нет лифта). Рекомендую.

We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

Thắng and Linh are great hosts. They are very welcoming and responsive. They messaged us at our estimated arrival time to make sure that we were able to enter the home without trouble, and checked that evening to make sure that everything was going well. Their house information was clear, and they were very responsive when I had a question. The neighborhood is on a busy urban street, but the home is tucked into a small walking alleyway, so is relatively quiet for a big city. The home was clean and pleasant with ample air conditioning and good-working washer/dryer and other appliances. There are several markets and coffee shops within 1-3 blocks, and the location is an inexpensive car ride from the Old Quarter. Thanks, Thắng and Linh, i would definitely stay here again!

Host were really friendly and we had a lovely conversation through Google Translate before I left. The room was very spacious and everything was clean. The neighborhood was very local and interesting to explore. I had a great time staying at this accommodation.

My home away from home. Stunning flat, very safe and an incredibly caring and helpful host. If you want to live in a local neighbourhood that is both safe and accessible, this is the one. My time Vietnam wouldn’t have been half as amazing had it not been for this wonderful flat and Thuong’s hospitality. I cannot recommend enough to locals and foreigners. Do not be put off by the location, it’s in the heart of a local neighbourhood but is extremely safe and accessible to shops and amenities.

the place was a great accommodation, definitely a hidden gem stay that more people should discover!!! everything was new and extremely clean as well. the host was very helpful and quick to assist whenever we had questions! location is also near many local favorites. would definitely recommend!

Là một trong những homestay đáng ở nhất khu vực Hà Nội mà mình từng được trải nghiệm. Nội thất thiết kế đồng bộ khá sang trọng. Vị trí trung tâm rất gần các cửa hàng tiện lợi, trung tâm thương mại... thuận tiện di chuyển tới các địa điểm nổi tiếng ở Hà Nội. Phòng khá yên tĩnh, tiêu âm khá tốt. Mình có nhắn tin qua Airbnb để yêu cầu một số vấn đề, được hỗ trợ và phản hồi khá nhanh, tận tình. Đặc biệt bác bảo vệ tòa nhà rất thân thiện.

We really enjoyed our stay in Amy’s house. The house is bigger than photos. There is so much space especially for two people. Me and my boyfriend work online so it was good that we had an office room. When it comes to location, we liked it because we stayed for a month and we didn’t want to be in the middle of the madness of old quarter. We took grab whenever we felt like going into town which lasted around 30 mins with grab car. If you stay for a short time, the location might be too far. But for us, it was great. There is a huge mall 5mins away by bike. There are so many stalls around the house to buy anything you want literally. There is also a gym 5 mins walking. Amy was very responsive which is good. There is a fully functioning kitchen which we made a good use of. There is everything you need in the house. Don’t forget the apartment is old so of course there are some signs of it in the apartment but that didn’t bother us at all. Thank you Amy and we would definitely be back 🙏

The location is really close to train station and almost everything. Room is accurate as it picture. Love this place!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Lily’s apt is my preferred place to stay when I’m in Hanoi. The luxury apt has all the amenities of living at home. The apt is comfortable & the host we very helpful.

a great place to stay for vacationers in hanoi. located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. the room is very clean, stylish and relaxing similar to a nice hotel experience. the host was very attentive to my questions and needs with detailed responses. highly recommend this place with a two thumbs up!!

I really appreciated the owner going out of his way to drive me on his scooter to a nearby supermarket on my first night, as it was quite late. He also quickly provided any necessary items for the apartment whenever I needed them. A kind and responsible host! He also has a lovely cleaner (I forgot her name) who did a great job keeping the place clean for us; she's also very kind. I highly recommend staying at his place.
