Good location and pretty spacious, would recommend!

we were delighted because the accommodation is well located with direct access to the city center, train station and monuments... we were very well received and advised we highly recommend this place for a stay in Hanoi

The room was clean and tidy and much better than a hotel. The apartment policy was changed to a facial recognition system, so it may have been inconvenient, but there was no problem with the entrance by showing the documents prepared by the host to the security guard. I wish it could be changed to card access again, but I don't think it can be helped since it's the entire apartment system.

great host, quick responces, amazing town house. Would be good to have more then one key for the lift.

The location was fantastic, with every convenience within easy reach. I really appreciated how helpful the host was. They were quick to let me know when I'd left something behind, which was a huge help. I'm very grateful for their excellent service.

Cant ask for a better place to stay

When I looked at the photos, it was so clean that I thought, 'What if it's dirty when I actually look at it?' but as soon as I arrived, that thought disappeared!! And it was so nice that the space was much bigger than the photos, and it was really nice to have various channels such as Netflix and YouTube on the TV!!

Stayed in this lovely Airbnb for 3 nights and it was perfect for my friends and I! The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful - and the apartment is clean and spacious. We particularly loved the comfy beds! Location wise it is quite a safe street, not too much traffic and noise at night. As 4 girls we felt safe and secure here - especially because there is someone at reception the entire day, and the apartment complex is locked at night. Would definitely come back or stay!

Everything was perfect! Hue welcomed us late at night, the accommodation was easy to find. It's in a very quiet area! Which is very rare in Hanoi! It is also close to the old town, you can do everything on foot if you walk a little. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom were clean. Hot water ok, Air conditioning ok. Value for money more than good. Possibility to do laundry is very appreciated! With access to a small kitchen. There are no negative points. Thanks so much Hue

Paml’s spacious house is perfect for family or large group. It was easy to find with walkable distance. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. I decided to stay at a whole-house bnb as I wanted space for my nieces and nephews to be as loud as they want without bothering anyone. However, the bnb starts from the 2nd floor and there are people living on the first floor so I still had to remind the kids to keep their voices down after 10 😂 which I didn’t mind at all. Overall, I and my family had a good stay here. We’d love to stay here again.

Quỳnh Anh was friendly and responsive. We both speak Vietnamese so I never had an issue communicating. Other than missing dishes and utensils, which wasn't an issue for us since we didn't cook, everything else is exactly as described. The place is reasonably priced for what it offers. Would love to come back next time!

To be honest, it was my first time staying at a both affordable & luxurious apartment and I'm totally happy about it. All I could say is it was amazing! The house looks just like the photos on Airbnb, and the feelings were absolutely great when everything was so clean and beautiful. I'm pretty sure that the host spent a lot of time on designing and decorating this house. We took a work trip to Hanoi, had a stay of 4 people at Long's house and had a really good time cooking, talking and enjoying this cozy home.

My family and I (total of 7) stayed in this place for 5 days. We were very satisfied and happy with the place as it was so big and felt like home. We gathered together in the big living room to talk to each other every night. Extra point for the dryer. Really gave us a lot of convenience. Communication with the host was excellent. She was very helpful and responsive. And she also accompanied us for check in and check out. The location was nice. Had a shopping mall and supermarket just downstairs. It usually took us around 10 to 15 minutes to go to the old quarter. It was not a place where really close to the tourist areas but it was a quiet and safe place for family to stay. Really enjoyed this stay!

The place was good, the only thing was the noise from construction, when the construction complete, it would be perfect.

Because it is located in the city center. It was comfortable to go around and I looked, and it was nice that there were quite a lot of good restaurants. I intend to visit again.

Great place with great host

Nam's place is a great modern two-bedroom apartment. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. There were no issues, and the location is very good with lots of facilities nearby - restaurants, a supermarket, coffee shops and some bars. Excellent place for a long stay and to work from. It's a relatively short walk down to the lake front, and to many of Hanoi's sights, and around an hour's walk to the Old Town and French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again.

Very happy with one stay, I stayed for 14 days.There will be someone coming every 3 days to clean the room, and their balcony here can dry and wash clothes.Elevators are all requiring an access card so it is safe.There are a few korean mart and win market nearby.There is a Starbucks in the mall, and there is a slightly bigger supermarket on the second floor of the mall. Short walk to big C because it was too lazy to go. It is not too far to walk to Hanoi University, and there is also a restaurant to buy food around it is probably on this road posted behind, Đ. Hoàng Minh Giám. I hope it will be helpful to my friends who come to travel in the back.
