It is located in an absolutely green location in the noble suburb of Hietzing, where Schönbrunn Palace and Sissi's Hermesvilla are also located. Parking with a carport is available, as well as a 40 m² sun terrace. 3 bedrooms and 1 living room can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bus station to the U4 (U-Bahn) is only 2 minutes' walk away.

Enjoy Vienna in your own garden on a sundeck after a long day of sightseeing. ATTENTION: Parties or loud activities are not allowed
