Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Don Pedro Island

We loved this house. We’ve stayed in Rotonda West and this was the nicest by far. The house was beautiful. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds! It was perfect for us as a couple, our extended family were in a house nearby. The area was peaceful and well cared for, a good location for beaches and golf. We can’t wait to come back

Robert was a welcoming host and we enjoyed our stay. They place is lovely and is more updated than on the current photos (queen bed instead of a bunk bed). Great location and the water views right off the wrap around porch and a kitchen window. Kayaks and paddle boards were a nice addition and we took it right by the dock, such an easy access. Outdoor shower, hammocks and string lights downstairs make place even cozier. The house was clean and had a lovely beach décor. Make sure you pack toiletries and sugar, zip log bags etc... to have everything at hand for your trip.

We loved Joanna’s space! We had two kids (ages 4 and 6) and a 2 month old and it had everything we could possibly need! Joanna was responsive and proactive. The pool kept the kids entertained for hours!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and comfortable. GREAT location! Loved having the pool and outdoor area. If you come to Englewood to enjoy all it has to offer and have a larger family, this house is wonderful! You can relax and read a book by the pool, spend a day at the beautiful beach located directly across the street, and come back home to enjoy a meal inside or poolside. There are excellent restaurants located nearby. The beds were comfortable, and there were ample linens so that you do not have to spend every day just doing laundry! There were dishes to use inside, and more durable ones to use at the pool! We had a fun week and created many lasting memories at this amazing home.

This "home' was an absolute gem for our family retreat! We stayed for a few days with my mom and my in-laws, and the setup was truly perfect. The modern, clean space was ideal for families, offering a peaceful environment with a beautiful pool and stunning waterfront access. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway.

Tatyana’s place was amazing! Very very comfortable and very spacious. Pool and outdoor area was awesome! Just the overall layout of the house and how nice it was really made us feel comfortable.

As a Floridian who travels frequently and has been in a lot of rentals across the state, I was very impressed with Maria's place. The house was welcoming from the second you walk in. Maria has beautifully decorated every room, very unique Floridaesque pieces, down to the hand towels. Although it was just my daughter and me, I imagine this would be plenty of space for a bigger family. The backyard is amazing; I loved walking around and looking at the landscape. Even though there is a busy road nearby, it felt very secluded. Even though we ended up not bringing our dog, we enjoyed feeding our fish friends every day. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from, for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Nice central location, we took day trips to Sanibel and Boca Grande to ride our bikes, visited the Edison/Ford estate in Ft Myers. It was nice to relax in the pool/hot tub after returning "home" at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone looking for a rental.

You want to feel at home but get extra? location, ambience, comfortable, accessibility, walkable. I went for work and was able to decompress in the back garden, could have gone in the hot tub/spa. Perfect! Had to stay an extra night, Cleo was able to accommodate thankfully. This is where I want to return to when I come back for work or pleasure as there is so much to do there. Looking forward to returning. Thank you for everything, Cleo!

Loved this lakefront view! Enjoyed our rest, a cute spot for morning coffee and were on our way again. Grateful for the clean, quiet accommodations.

Had a great time at Michael’s little bungalow… Small, but definitely enough for my wife and I. Beach is a 2 minute walk down a tiny road directly across the street, perfect! I met Mike just after checking in because we had a little snag with the room… He came right by and remedied the issue. Great guy, great area, and nice quiet place to stay… Do not hesitate, a great Airbnb’r!

Absolutely loved staying in this private home! Everything was exactly as listed and even better than expected. I got engaged on our stay there and it was the perfect place to celebrate as a couple! A very private, cute, and comfortable home. The pool was awesome to have and even had blowup tubes included. Would definitely come back here!

David's place was perfect. Beautiful furnishings. Everything we needed for a vacation. Nothing missing, full kitchen, linens, comfy beds. Loved the front porch. 6 minutes to the beach. Publix across the street. We loved everything about David's place and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Daniel’s listing was spot on. The fresh flowers around the apt. were a very nice touch. Daniel was very accommodating with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers. He even suggested a beach to go to in the area. Daniel took us on a tour of his new RV airbnb that is also on his property. We’ll definitely stay at Daniel’s again in the future. Wendy and Randy

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

The condo was very clean, great view of the bay, including the occasional pair of dolphins who wouldswim by… Nice neighbors, nice pool, also, nice kitchen as well… Any place with sharp knives deserves special mention in that regard. My wife and I did in fact, cook several nights. Great communication with our host. Location is outstanding, as well. very enjoyable.

I spent the month of March here. I’ve been coming to this area for over 40 years and this is the 2nd year at the complex. I hope I can book it for next March. The condo has all the necessary amenities and it felt like home. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Had necessary consumables to get my stay started which I appreciated. Any time I had a question Rachel answered immediately. This was a perfect stay in every way-first 2 weeks with golfing girlfriends ( lots of courses nearby) and second 2 weeks were with my pool/beach friends. The only thing lacking were beach chairs but we were able to borrow some. Hurricane Ian damaged their roof and it was replaced while I was there. I was worried it was going to be a noise headache but it really was not an issue. Over the past 2 years here, I’ve met many of the other owners and everyone is so welcoming. I can’t wait to get back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

Fantastically beautiful accommodation. The apartment is furnished with style and attention to detail. We would come back.
