Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. For sleeping, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house also features a charming mezzanine surrounded by stone vaults, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom also includes a washing machine.

The house is exclusively available to guests, with the exception of a room, which can be used upon request. The rural house is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk from the rural sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The location, rich in meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, also with guided tours, traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.

Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. Our small estate "Sardinia au naturel" is located in the municipality of Tresnuraghes (1000 inhabitants), about 3 km from the sea, in a small paradise in the middle of vineyards, olive trees and fruit trees. At 190 meters above sea level, between sea and mountain, the place invites meditation and contemplation... It allows you to enjoy a superb end of the day and sumptuous sunsets over the sea. This part of Sardinia has remained very authentic and wild with little tourist development.
