You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper + 2 comfortable twin floor mattresses so it can sleep 4. It's a tight fit for 4 but doable if you're close.

Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Village and Ski Resort. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax.
