It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Spacious and comfortable place right on the edge of the old town—close to restaurants, shops, and beaches. We had a great short stay. Branka is an extremely welcoming and friendly host, making the visit even more enjoyable.

So many reviews of places say Amazing, but they're good. They say Fabulous, but they're great. So I'll have to go up a notch with this place - this place was EPIC. Everything is as good or better than described or the photos. Hot tub, pool, view, hospitality, cleanliness, helpfulness all in an amazing location. Dora has thought of everything so you don't have to. EPIC (so you're worse case scenario is you'll think it was amazing)

The apartment was just perfect! The location, the equipment and the terrace with a sea view. Nikolina and her father welcomed us directly in a very friendly way and were very accommodating throughout the stay. I can 100% recommend the apartment and Nikolina.
