Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. We thank her with all our heart and wish her and her family all the best and look forward to a next time 🥰

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Our stay at Anna's house was amazing. The house was very clean, well equipped and had a pool that we enjoyed daily. Beautiful "home base" for visiting Sardinia's archeological sites and pristine beaches. Anna was attentive to our needs and responded quickly. Special thanks to Pinella and Fredy for all their help and recommendations during our stay!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

I want to start by saying Dorata and Luigi were easily contactable and attentive. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always available. They were also very communicative on what events were occurring in the city and surrounding communities. We stayed in the beautiful home for 2 months. It’s rather spacious with a lovely backyard. We are two women in our early twenties and have not once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in the home/ surrounding area. The neighbors/ neighborhood is full of kind, wealthy people. The home is located by a 7 minute walk from the main street where you can also find the nearest bus stop. It leads up mountain which can be increasingly inclined but was manageable. The home is securely gated and is connected to a smaller apartment style home. There was one week where a family of 4 stayed in the adjoining apartment home but there wasn’t a moment where our privacy felt shared.

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

Very nice apartment and very friendly hosts in a dream area (perfect beaches and always good weather). Good recommendations from the hosts for restaurants and excursions. They were always quick to reach when there was a question or problem. Thanks for a great stay

Great stay in the middle of nature and close to the beaches (10 to 15 minutes by car).

Fantastic second stay. Wonderful host, comfortable apartment, great patio to enjoy some sunshine. I can’t wait to return!

The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Anna's house view really has nothing to say, waking up every day to see the blue sea and the greenery in the yard is a great mood.Unfortunately, my son was hospitalized a few days before staying here, so I couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna helped a lot with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw of this house for me is that the two rooms mentioned in the description have no windows, but it's okay because there is air conditioning.Fortunately, the kitchen has a separate door. For those who love to cook, the fumes can go directly out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, very suitable for families with babies to take to the beach, it is not particularly busy, but it is a very beautiful area.

Our stay chez Joanne was phenomenal! It was everything expected for our honeymoon. Through out the whole process Joanne was ALWAYS, available, responsive and so very attentive! We felt right at home! It is the first Airbnb I’ve been that has ALL the amenities (even ones I didn’t even think she’d had, she did!). Joanne made our stay even more special, by providing clear instructions (video and written instructions and help when we needed). Joanne is the sweetest, we received so much help when we arrived so late at night due to our flight, help when our flight changed and help even when we needed to rent our car! The view was spectacular waking up to it everyday made our stay so special, having the beach so near was phenomenal. The place is private and enclosed, we felt very safe! Thank you Joanne you are the best host.

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Riccardo was a very welcoming and helpful host, Gergei is an incredibly beautiful town and the apartment exceeded expectations. Can also highly recommend dinner at Domu Antiga which is run by Riccardo and his family, where we had a delicious and traditional home cooked meal in the most stunning garden.

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

We had the best time at the house! It’s in nature and so calm and charming. There are loads of beautiful Trees, Flowers and fruit bushes. The House was very clean, well equipped and the beautiful veranda was perfect for our dinners :) Andrea is very friendly and helpful and made our time there even more comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is not only very nicely decorated, but also excellently equipped – we really didn't miss anything. The private parking directly at the property was particularly pleasant, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is quiet and ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life – perfect for city people who long for a break. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and hygienic, from the living room to the spacious, lovingly designed garden. A big plus are the windows equipped with fly screens, through which you can enjoy the tranquility without having to worry about insects. The hosts were extremely friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. All in all, we highly recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

It was a wonderful unique vacation! Although we arrived late, we were personally and very nicely greeted by Maria and she showed us everything! The apartment simply has a fantastic location: we enjoyed breakfast overlooking the sea - and we also spent the evenings there often - it was just too nice to eat there and watch the sunset with a glass of wine! Lying in the hammock with a book and hearing the sea roar at night with the window open was fantastic…. The apartment was lovingly furnished - a very good smell immediately greeted you - so that you really felt comfortable. Even a cold beer and a delicious liqueur were in the fridge... Maria is just a very warm, nice person - and her sister, whom we also got to know, as well. But it was never intrusive or too much - you just felt very welcome! .. it was a vacation we won't forget!
