We are in the Tuscan countryside 3 km from the exit of the A11 Altopascio motorway (Lucca). An ideal home to welcome even man's most faithful friends... dogs, who can run free in the fully fenced garden of over 2,000 square meters with parking. In 15 minutes we can reach Lucca and shortly after Pisa and Versilia. In 40 minutes, you'll reach Florence. Siena, Poggibonsi, Volterra, San Gimignano are worth seeing. The Gegia Matta

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines.
