This is a poolside in-law apartment with a full kitchen, bedroom, full bath & a living room located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in an upper scale part of town. It has a king size bed & will accommodate 2 adults comfortably. This in-law apartment is an addition that was built onto the back of our home. We live in the main house. The apartment is closed off from the our main house and has it's own main entrance so it is private. So, you will have the apartment all to yourselves.

The spacious outdoor area features a turquoise swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs and palm trees. A hot tub is located nearby, and a shaded seating area with tables is also visible. The building showcases a contemporary design with multiple windows and a vibrant exterior.

The suite is spacious, very nice with swimming pool view from windows and located just one block from famous international Drive. The suite is just walking distance to shops, nightlife, restaurants, boutiques, easy access to the Orlando International Airport and close to all orlando major attractions: Convention center (5 min.) Universal/vocano bay (7 min.), Disney world (15 min.), Seaworld (7 min.), Millenia Mall & Outlet mall (10 min.) and Orlando international airport (20 min). FREE PARKING

It's not shared.This little apartment is an attached unit with independent entrance next to the main house. This space is located in Central Orlando. Its located in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Its also a few min from Florida mall ,restaurants, food stores, International Dr , The convention Center is 6.5 miles , Theme parks as Universal Studios is 6 miles and Disney is about 25 minutes. The Orlando International airport is 6.5 miles from the house.
