We spent 6 nights here and they where lovely. wonderful bathroom and shower. kitchen was perfect for what we wanted and bed was comfy with extra bedding and pillows as needed. It feels very safe right next to the hosts home. There's access to a beautiful garden and walk able to a lovely beach. Danijela is a wonderful host, very attentive.

Very clean, modern, practical accommodation with good bedding and everything you need in the accommodation. Small flaw, it is in the village and not with sea views, and maybe a certain proximity to the neighbors of the mobile home opposite. Unfortunately we did not have one at that time. Maja was a very pleasant and responsive host even at a late hour, we thank her. Very good stay in their home.

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub impressed us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall it was a really great trip!

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! We had a great stay at the property. It was all super clean, everything available and we felt very comfortable. The location and views were great. Not right in the hustle and bustle and yet everything is super accessible on foot. Bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. Plenty of space for 6 people.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Thankyou Ana for the stay in your lovely apartment in Bibinje. We cannot recommend this host and place more. Very kind and helpful and the location it literally on the doorstep of the harbour and beach, shops and bars. Very reasonable and easy to get to Zadar by taxi or bus. But there’s also everything you need here. Clean apartment, a good size and a lovely little pool with your own private sitting space. We are already looking forward to coming back soon. A first class host! 👌

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa with clever design.The room is as clean as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful vacation and we highly recommend this beautiful house. Just as shown in the pictures 👌

Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. We rented the house with 6 people and had a very relaxed holiday. The house exactly meets the expectation, the cleanliness is great, the hosts are always nice and reachable at all times. We had more than enough space, more than enough bathrooms and felt very comfortable in this beautiful house. The location is quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, but a little difficult to find the first time, but you have the path on it afterwards. You also have beautiful views over the countryside and short distances to Zadar and Sukosan. Overall highly recommended

Nice apartment , great host !

Well, this place was so beautiful and great, the view over the sea and the olive yard, that I cannot describe how much peace it gave me. The house is so nice and petite, everything just makes sense. It made me so happy! Everything! Jere, Gordana & Jelena are great, they will make an enormous effort to make you feel at home immediately. I had a terrific five days at the house, for me it felt like it lasted weeks. Will return ;-) Thank you all! (Travelled alone as a female, this place felt totally safe ;-)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Zadar. The location is perfect—Sukošan is a beautiful and peaceful place, especially outside the busy season. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and just a short walk from the sea. We really enjoyed the beach—it’s perfect for sunbathing or a relaxing stroll. Our host, the lovely Marina, and her family were absolutely amazing. Marina was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to our messages, and very thoughtful—she even offered us a late check-out before we had the chance to ask. She was so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. And we can’t forget her adorable dog, Alex—such a cutie! We’d definitely recommend Marina’s place to our friends and would love to come back ourselves.

Top location and quality/price ratio

Cosy flat in the little port in Mali Iž. We were there for a coulple of days in the end of September, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Views from the balcony on the water and the port is all you need :) Bedroom window is facing the courtyard and it was super silent, good night sleep. Kitchen is not big but has everything you need, we cooked and it was ok. The shop is literally next door. Kind hosts. We recommend it!

Dream location and cabin - we couldn’t have wished for anything better to rest, resource, and discover this beautiful region

We had a wonderfull time at Josep & Brankas beautiful home. They where so friendly and kind during our stay . The apartment had everything we needed and was just the right size for two people. The highlight was definetly the 2min walk to the beach with the most amazing water you could wish for. Josep & Branka gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and more. So if you are open to explore you should definetly listen to there tips!

The arrival went smoothly, all the necessary information was sent to us beforehand. We were met by the possessions who live on the ground floor of the apartment. We were shown the apartment very nicely and we also got a lot of tips for shopping right away. The apartment was super clean and also looked like in the photos. The listed amenities were also available. We also had no problems with the landlords that our dog (10 months old) was sometimes a little louder😅. The area is super quiet, everywhere you can find usable loungers and clean beaches.
