장점 : 신축이거나 리모델링을 최근에 한 숙소같습니다. 방 컨디션, 청결도 매우 좋습니다. 호스트의 피드백도 빨랐습니다. 건물에 방이 3개뿐이라 프라이빗하며 1군 근처임에도 조용합니다. 가격대비 추천할만한 숙소입니다. 단점 : 3층 기준 수압이 약합니다

Ce grand appartement est agréable. Il est situé dans un quartier légèrement excentré mais reste pratique. La chambre est très confortable. Une bonne expérience pour moi.

Great choice for visiting the city! In a somewhat walkable distance of most major destinations. Due to it being in a side alley, the apartment was quiet and I did not hear any street noise. Hà provided us with a huge list of all kinds of recommendations from food to attractions and was an amazing host! The apartment offers a filtered tap, which is a nice amenity I have not had before in Vietnam!

깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

Its good to stay here. The host is so friendly

Great place to stay for singles. Many attractions, restaurants and bars are within 15 mins drive or walking distance. Very close to party area of the city. Host was great and very responsive and also flexible. Place was very neat and clean and the shower on the top floor and the covered balcony area and tv area are spacious to accommodate small group of people. We had a great time during our stay!

Tommy's house is in a super convenient location - it's within walking distance to the local market, restaurants, and amazing street food! It also offers easy access to tourist spots like Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame, and more. A big bonus is the adorable little café next door called Dao, which serves delicious baked goods and great coffee made with such intricate preparation. The house is very clean and has everything you need. Tommy is a fantastic host and responds incredibly quickly!

Je recommande le logement de Austin et Vanessa qui sont réactifs et très sympathiques. Parfait si vous avez besoin d’un moment calme en couple ou en solo. Ce n’est pas loin du centre de Saigon à 5-10 min du D1.

Kevin place is of walkable distance to Ben Thant Market! Concealed in an alley but felt safe. Kevin is a responsive host!

A very beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment! There are many interesting/lovely artworks hanging throughout the house. I felt very comfortable in Nhien & Tan’s apartment. They were both very helpful and friendly. Thanks to the fast internet connection, I was able to work on my laptop without any problems. Highly recommended!

Good location in district 3, walkable with many restaurants, spas, and bar It’s also close the war monument museum. Easy for grab drivers (cab, scooter) to find. Pictures were representative of the place, plenty of room. Very responsive host which was super helpful as this was my first time in this city/country.

Ai was a great host, check in was super smooth even when I checked in late night. Super accessible and centrally located. I recommend it if you want to stay somewhere away from hustle in peace.

This was an awesome experience with Annie’s accomodation. She is very kind and responsive, the accomodation was perfect for my needs and very quiet room. The surroundings are a bit busy but that’s what I expected and wanted staying in central D1

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

We had a nice four week stay. The bed, sofa and other furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure for the shower. When we had a few issues upon arrival, it was addressed immediately. The air conditioner worked great and the apartment had plenty of space. The building is very close to the metro which was easy to use. The building amenities were a bit disappointing. The workout room equipment was not working properly and was not well looked after. To use the pool you have to get the security guard to program the elevator. All in all it was a success!

Overall, we had a happy stay. The apartment was clean and well-presented, with plenty of shops and dining options right below. The only concern was the steep and narrow staircase leading to the apartment—something to keep in mind if you're carrying large suitcases. In that case, it may be better to book the identical apartment located downstairs. We stayed in the upper unit, but overall, the experience was very positive and we’d be happy to return next time :)

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern bei Sophie. Es war wirklich toll. Wir konnten viel zu Fuß erreichen da das Apartment wirklich zentral liegt und hatten nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt das perfekte Apartment zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war super und sie haben immer sofort reagiert bzw. uns geholfen. Besten Dank für Alles! 5 Sterne
