Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in District 3

We highly recommend this place! The location is fantastic — all the local landmarks are within walking distance, which made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. There are also convenience stores nearby, which was very handy. My kids especially loved the bathtub — it was a great way for them to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Daisy’s apartment. It was just as described. The view both at day and night was great from the massive balcony. Loved watching the traffic chaos during the day and the lights at night. It is central to lots of the main sights by foot.

Pretty nice and comfortable apartment with a nice view. Most amenities are pretty good.

Das Apartment war toll!! Die Lage ist super, zwei Supermärkte direkt erreichbar und auch die Innenstadt konnte Flussläufig erreicht werden. Das Apartment war sehr super und sehr schön eingerichtet. Super tolle Wohnanlage. ich komme gerne wieder 😊

Really felt like home away from home. Carl was a great host. He always answered within minutes with helpful responses. On site security personnel and receptionists were extremely helpful as well. The apartment was a bit tricky to get into with the fob but we never locked ourselves out. Only tripped the alarm once. Maybe I skipped the message on how to use it 😀. AC was good. Clean bedding (and extras of needed). Provided hair dryer, umbrellas, poncho, laundry detergent, hand soap etc. Washer and dryer were extremely helpful. Lots of power cords and outlets. Small trash bins so we needed to take trash out regularly to not attract ants. The front desk showed us where to dispose of excess trash. The apartment has cleaning services I think every other day but we usually refused since they came at nap time for the kids. I heard that the pool and gym was nice but we found we didn't have time to use the facilities. Elevators have no AC or cell service.

Der Host hat immer sehr schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Apartment war genau wie beschrieben. Alle elektrischen Geräte inklusive Aircon haben perfekt funktioniert. Regelmässiger Reinigungsservice wurde angekündigt und zeitlich mit den Wünschen des Gastes abgestimmt. Die Lage ist grossartig: Nichr weit zum Flughafennund in Laufweite zu den Tourist Spots. Es hat viele gute Restaurants un Supermatktt un Laufnähe. Ich jann den Gastgeber und das Apartment sehr empfehlen

location of apartment was very central and close to many tourist spots and markets. had some trouble with checking in but host was very responsive and was able to resolve the issue within the hour. apartment was also relatively clean and neat, albeit a little small, felt cozy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Anh’s Airbnb . They were incredibly accommodating and provided extra mattresses for our kids making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hospitality and attention to our needs were much appreciated. We’d definitely recommend this host to others.

This Parisian inspired Airbnb was the perfect fit for our large party of 7 adults and 3 kids for 4 nights. Each room has its own wet room which included shower, sink and toilet inside each bedroom/common room. This place clean, quiet and beautiful with security guards who were helpful friendly. The condo was placed on the 18th floor with an incredible view of the city over looking Cho Ben Thanh, subway station. Everything from nails salons , spas, street food, amazing restaurants, shopping, and hospitals were in 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. We were able to appreciate the rooftop infinity pool every day. There is a store nearby that sells life jackets. Most importantly we really appreciate Penelope the hostess. She addressed every issue we had quickly and was helpful. I would recommend this perfectly located kid friendly place for any large parties. I would definitely come back if this place.

I had an amazing stay at this penthouse apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. It offered excellent value for money, especially considering the spacious layout and the fantastic city views. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly—from check-in to local recommendations. Là nơi thư giãn cho cả gia đình rất tuyệt vời, ngay khu trung tâm nên đi lại ăn uống rất thuận lợi. Riêng phí gửi xe hơi cao theo ý kiến cá nhân. Hồ bơi chung của toà nhà khá nhỏ và không gian hồ bơi cũng đơn điệu.

We had a nice four week stay. The bed, sofa and other furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and water pressure for the shower. When we had a few issues upon arrival, it was addressed immediately. The air conditioner worked great and the apartment had plenty of space. The building is very close to the metro which was easy to use. The building amenities were a bit disappointing. The workout room equipment was not working properly and was not well looked after. To use the pool you have to get the security guard to program the elevator. All in all it was a success!

This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.

This place is amazing and Han is very sweet and kind. She is always there to help answer question and help guide you to some great eating place. She traveled abroad therefore her knowledge and understanding of other culture is very helpful.
