We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

Great place to stay with family and easy to go anywhere

What I like the most is that the place is very clean and the neighborhood is peaceful and people are very nice. Will certainly recommend this place.

The room is tidy, clean, airy, spacious, enough utilities. Enthusiastic, helpful host. Easy, proactive, flexible check in process. The only 2 small minus points are: - The bathroom has a slight smell, not a bad smell but like a small room and mystery despite the fact that the bathroom is not small. The reason I think is because the house system has the same sewer. This is hard to avoid so it can be understanding. Because the bathroom is clean, it does not create a very uncomfortable feeling. - In the room (bed and Sofa) there are some flower-shaped animals, both decorate and fragrant the room( because the host sprayes the room spray in it). But the smell is very strong and like the usual hotel bleach laundry. I couldn't tolerate this smell and had to move those 3 pillows to the balcony during my 3 days there. After that, the room smells nice like home. I think it's not necessary to spray the pillow with a room spray. In short, the room is still good value and 5* worth it. I'll be back in the next business trip.

I stayed here for 12 days during my business trip, but the place made it feel like vacation. The location has the perk of being a few blocks away to all major landmarks, you stay here you cover the city just by strolling around. At heart of the city, enjoy the popular food around Moreover, the place spic and span and hosted by a a very welcoming and friendly host Cuc

Great place to stay close to many attractions and good food in district 1. Host was proactive with clear communication even with last minute construction in the area. Easy to check in and staff were available to meet us very early to hold our bags with little notice. Room was clean, comfortable, and as described with very cool balcony/patio. AC worked well. They have indoor parking for motorbikes in their lobby, free washer and dryer, filtered drinking water, and kitchen. They will also arrange transportation for you if needed and were happy to provide local recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Warm vibes and wonderful people! Coucou Homestead 1 felt like a cozy home in the heart of the city. The bright yellow wall was already a mood booster 🌞, and the lovely hosts made everything even better. We made sweet memories, shared laughs, and felt truly welcomed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a friendly, authentic stay!

Brand new studio apartment, everything was super clean, air conditioning works well especially important in such a humid weather. We’ve read reviews about these apartments on Google since there were no reviews here yet - some people were saying that hot water is not working well in the building, which is not true. We had fantastic showering experience. Kitchen appliances, toothbrush, shower gel etc all was provided. The cleaning was outstanding because they changed our towels regularly within our 3 day stay, so we felt like in a hotel. Overall very pleasant experience, the owner was kind enough to leave us a key downstairs so we have access to the flat - our flight landed around 4 am in the morning. Now, about location - it is the best location! Everything touristic is nearby 10-15 min walk. Street with clothing stores literally 5 min walk. Even with such a central location, the building is located in a quiet area, in a narrow street above the cafe, which works till 6 pm.

I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay here. The space was quiet and secure, which made me feel safe throughout my visit. The room was thoughtfully arranged and met all the needs of a minimalist lifestyle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like providing small items such as cotton pads for guests. I genuinely liked this place.

It was a nice and clean place. The host was very supportive and dealt with the problem at hand smoothly. We would definitely come back next time we have a chance!

great place to stay in district 1, close to many restaurants and sights and the café on the ground floor is very cute with delicious coffees. Everyone was very friendly, Tina was a great host

Beautiful home and in a very good location

A very nice stay in the center of Saigon, everything is easily accessible on foot and the apartment was always a nice retreat for us! Eleanor was always available and very helpful and friendly! The restaurant downstairs is also very delicious and definitely recommended ;) We would come back!

Very peculiar hostel style focused on being clean and quiet to have a good reste rather than social hostel. Please be mindful that there is no reception or common areas to sit down and socialize. I really like this context of hotel for a day or two when you need to focus on your well being and to rest and recharge your social batteries. The dormitory rooms are spacious with a couch, a private toilet with shower and small kitchen. The only thing I notice was missing was the chairs and the table as in the pictures. I just assume those were removed to provide the room with more "manoeuvrability" The beds are very comfortable, there is a charger and a light and the bunk bed has a curtain for privacy, a shelf to place your belongings and even a small closed locker private to you and within the sleeping area, already with a key so you do not need a locker. Also all the doors do not make any noise when they close! The place is very clean, easy checkinand a few guests appear to be locals
