Townhome vacation rentals in District 1

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

I really like this place. This was my second time there. The rooms is comfortable, lovely and has everything you need. Also the area is quiet nice with a local living around, restaurants and bar. The café downstairs is also pretty nice. I’ll come back!

The house is on a side street, but it is within walking distance to everywhere and it is quite spacious and airy. A duplex house with two bathrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. We had a very comfortable stay as two friends. Thank you!

Everything good I use to come here many times

Room looks exactly like on photos. Host very friendly and responding fast. In the house is relatively quiet for city center.

Very easy to find the location and checkin. Very clean room, smells good. Aircon, TV and kitchenwares all functional perfectly. The room without a balcony is quite day and night, sound sleeping in. Phan Xich Long area is perfect to live like locals. Will come back.

I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay here. The space was quiet and secure, which made me feel safe throughout my visit. The room was thoughtfully arranged and met all the needs of a minimalist lifestyle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like providing small items such as cotton pads for guests. It's the accommodation I always use on the day of my arrival. I was very satisfied with the room size, cleanliness, and response for the price. However, there are advantages and disadvantages of being able to get up early in the morning due to the location. I am always satisfied and plan to use it in the future.

Mochi is a kind host. The place is surrounded by lots of good restaurants. And the room is super cozy, small but has everything you need during your travel.

Stay was very comfortable. Location was very great as all the restaurants, major street market are in walkable distance. Our host was very proactive and very informative as she already provided the weather conditions around Vietnam which made our packing was easy. I would recommend everyone to stay once at Lien's place if you visit Ho Chi Minh City and we would definitely stay here next time when we are in Ho Chi Minh City.
