Vacation rentals with a sauna in District 1

This location was perfect for what we were looking for. Easy to find for our taxi service pickup. Building felt very well kept and extra plus there was security onsite. Felt like an upscale building. The unit itself was very clean. We had someone meet us for check-in and he walked us through the unit to show us all the features of the home. We found it super convenient to have a washer/dryer in unit as we were just coming off a week of traveling in Bali/Singapore. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. Really appreciated the flexibility of holding our luggage past our check-out time so we could continue to explore the neighborhood. Would book again.

My fiancé and I stayed here for three nights and were very surprised about the building. It is very new and clean. There are everywhere security guys and only people with a card can come inside the building, so it gave us a very safe feeling. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed there. One of the hosts waited for us in front of the building and showed us the apartment. He was very polite and friendly. The building is not located in the center of HCMC so the surrounding is more quiet and you can still get easily into the city with a taxi.

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

The location in District 1 is excellent, putting you right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City with easy access to everything. The facilities on the 25th floor are also great—the infinity pool, gym, and sauna are high-quality and elevate the overall experience. Additionally, the library was a perfect workspace, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to get things done. Would I rebook here? Absolutely—that’s a yes!

The accommodation was nice and clean and I really appreciated the superfast WiFi. host was always quick to respond to questions, etc.

It's close to the city center, but it's very quiet because it's right by the river.

This apartment has a very secure area and peace environment, easy to find and easy to get to those tourist sites. Host are friendly with a team to follow up everything include some pick up and keep bag services. Definitely will return back to this lovely and warm apartment.

Stayed here for 1 night & enjoyed our stay! Host is very prompt with their response and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was good. The place has everything we needed for a quick stay - washer, full kitchen and cozy beds. No living room though but each room has its own TV. Thanks for hosting us!

My family and friends rent this house for April 30. The house is centrally located, convenient transportation, large alley accessible, quiet. The room is new, clean and tidy, just like the description. People are very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Host Hang and Mr Tam for having us these days, the house was so nice and clean. Definitely will come back next trip

The owner is very nice, the staff are enthusiastic and sophisticated. The room is nice and fully furnished, compared to the price, I feel very reasonable. Always timely support. You guys come to Go Vap don't miss this place. Would definitely be back.
