We had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal, and Galvin was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Everything was fine! The rooms have been very clean! I absolutely can recommend this accomodation. The Hotel is a little bit outside of the center, but theres a free shuttle at fixed times to the center and back, by the Hotel boat.

Good place for traveller

Located in Japan town, Group 1. It's good value for money and clean. There is a vegan massage shop nearby, so you can see it. Internal components, cleanliness, laundry and cleaning support are all good.

Overall, superb location and host (Kiyo) was very responsive with my last minute booking. Apartment itself has everything one would need for a short stay, though the room I received had a smaller living room than in the pictures, though the little balcony next to the bedroom definitely made up for it! Top floor room will require walking up a couple short flights of stairs (not an issue personally). Huyen was very accommodating with my early check in and was very responsive. Would definitely return.

I had a great stay here! The locality is well-connected to major areas, making commuting easy. Despite the convenience, the area is peaceful, offering a perfect balance. Plus, there are some nice cafes nearby to relax and unwind. Highly recommend

The place is very neat and clean if it is a newly built building. You can think of the room condition as brand new. The location of the house was very good, so it was nice that it wasn't noisy at night. And there was a sofa by the window, so it was so nice to be able to welcome the warm sunshine if you open the curtains and lie down during the day. However, cockroaches were found once in the bathroom, and centipedes were found several times on the sofa by the window.. When I delivered this part to the host, they gave me insect repellent and sprayed it in the room from time to time. It was so nice that if I visit Ho Chi Minh City again next time, I would like to stay here again. I think it was a good accommodation with a good location, a great room, a friendly host, etc., that's hard to find any disadvantages.

Amazing hospitality and great location for someone who wants to be away from the tourist traps in District 1. There is a construction site nearby which might annoy some people but it was fine for me. You get free water which is awesome. The rooms are new and clean, the gym is small but functional, and the internet speed is also good. Highly recommended if the location suits you. Suitable for a longer term stay in the city.

Great value option for the central tourist district of HCMC.

Kiyo's listing is wonderful. The pictures are quite accurate, a little bit of mould in the bathroom on the side of the tub but it didn't bother me. Free laundry was a great touch it's a bakery cum Airbnb so the bakery staff check you in. water filter in the room is a great touch too! Just check if the Japan town area is suitable for you before you book, I was just not aware but didn't feel unsafe even one bit

Apartment hotel, European style decoration, very new.The hotel is just like the pictures.The service staff is warm; a bus stop away from the Pink Church, which is also convenient to other attractions and can be reached by bus.Overall, great value for money, comfortable stay, travel first choice.
