This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

My family, my wife and 7 month baby, enjoyed our time at the home. The team is very responsive to our needs from baby cot to a high chair and also a day when ants invade due to us not throwing out the trash in time, the situation was properly and swiftly dealt with. It is a quiet neighborhood away from the Main Street and we enjoy the quiet time after a day out at the property. Overall it was great, thank you for the hospitality :)

This place is clean, well designed, very comfortable, and for a great value. The hosts are super responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

Anh's place was a really refreshing place to stay at. After staying in multiple Airbnb which are usually apartment complexes or low-rise condos, it was nice to have a more local and private space to stay at. As described, you'll have the whole floor to yourself and access is via elevator. All the rooms have nice views of the sports complex so no large buildings to block your view nearby. The maid that comes by 3 times a week really helped to keep the place clean and take away the garbage. Overall, it was a great stay and no issues with anything.

The apartment worth its money but you need to take relatively lengthy trips to any main attraction or for a decent meal. The street the hotel sits on is quite busy but it is very quite from 10pm to 6am.

Ich war jetzt schon in mehreren airbnbs und ich wurde noch nie so freundlich begrüßt und habe soviele Vorschläge und Hinweise bekommen. Es war auch so sauber, dass ich mich gefreut habe die Küche zu benutzen und konnte auch jederzeit nach neuen Sachen fragen. Ich war auch positiv überrascht dass ich kostenlos meine Wäsche waschen konnte und sogar Waschmittel bekommen habe. Mit dem kleinen Schreibtisch mit hellem Licht konnte ich auch perfekt an meinen privaten Sachen weiter arbeiten. Ich hätte sehr gerne noch länger meine Zeit dort verbracht. Ich komme gerne wieder :)

We enjoyed our stay at Huong’s place. The place was spotless and the value for money was very good. It was close to the main attractions but very quiet which was ideal!

tivemos uma excelente estadia no apartamento e voltaríamos a nós hospedar. A localização é boa, perto do centro (uns 20/30 minutos caminhando, dependendo de onde for). Fica numa ruazinha escondida, bem silenciosa, o que ajuda no silêncio do quarto. Banheiro grande, chuveiro bom e uma pequena varanda. nós sentimos em casa. Nosso único problema foi com os travesseiros que eram muito altos. A hosting (Jan) providenciou novos rapidamente, mas não nos adaptamos. mas isso é algo pessoal. recomendamos o local

Es war wirklich schön. Die Wohnung war super und die Vermieter waren immer innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, genauso wie der check-in. Großartige Lage. Das Nächte mal wenn ich in ho-chi-mingh bin werde ich wieder hier übernachten.

Absolutely loved my 2 weeks stay here! This high-quality 1-bedroom condo exceeded all my expectations. The cleaning lady came every other day and incredibly thorough — the place was always spotless. The building itself is very new, and the room had great air circulation, which made it extra comfortable. The walls and windows are well soundproofed so its quiet and peaceful both day and night. There’s a big smart TV where I easily connected my Netflix and YouTube, a spacious dining table, and a super comfy sofa set. The kitchen was fully equipped and worked like a charm; I cooked daily without a hitch. The beautiful café "Beanthere" is literally next door, and there are plenty of other cafés and restaurants on the same block with river view. Plus, Bui Vien Walking Street and some tourist spots are a 25–30 minute walk away, perfect for my touristy nights out. The host/staff were very responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend this place! I'd return in a heartbeat. 🌟

Fantastic location

Nice and clean place in Saigon. We had a nice stay. A bit far from Ben tahn market, and other attractions so we had to get a grab ride. If you’re concerned about water pressure, may not be the place for you.

Loved this place! The building has everything you need—multiple coffee shops, Citigym, ATMs, and several convenience stores—all close to District 1 without the intense bustle. Tons of great restaurants nearby too. The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, bars, and arranging airport transportation. The only suggestion I’d make is to perhaps add a few more kitchen items, like a coffee maker, blender, and some extra utensils. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants easy access to the best spots in Saigon. You can comfortably walk everywhere—just be mindful of the scooters, as they can be intense!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Super convenient to anywhere in the city. Thanks for having such a cozy place for us as visitors to enjoy Saigon while we were here.

Nous avons séjourné 11 jours dans ce logement, idéalement situé. Vous trouverez plusieurs commerces dans la rue ainsi qu’un service de blanchisserie. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, le ménage est fait tous les 3 jours. Il y a beaucoup de fourmis, comme mentionné dans les commentaires. Le balcon est un réel plus ! Deux chats sont présents dans l’immeuble ; ils sont très mignons, mais si vous êtes allergique, cela peut poser problème. Je remercie notre hôte Hâu pour sa bienveillance ainsi que pour ses recommandations. N’hésitez pas à vous adresser à lui : il saura vous aiguiller et vous donner de bonnes adresses.

This place was right in the middle of the city, explored all of the tourist attractions on foot. Highly recommend booking this stay!!

This apartment is a great location, not only because of its central location (10-15 minutes from everywhere meaningful in District 1), but most importantly because it’s tucked in an alley and it is incredibly quiet. Apartment is pretty basic but it has all what’s needed. Communication was great, very prompt and useful. If I go back I would definitely stay there if you prefer not to stay in hotels. Great value for the money.

Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too

definitely a great host and listing. one of the best locations in D1. there is a day time guard and lobby where a host sits to help tenants if needed. there is a japanese restaurant next to the 711 and also a circle k. victoria gym about 400m and coop mart across from it. if you like to walk alot of places are walkable even the tourist spots. every time i visit vietnam i will definitely be staying at the dots house.
