All facilities are located on the ground floor. Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Many dog lovers book our accommodation. 4 minutes away from the city of Schagen and 8 km from the beach .Dirkshorn has a lake 2 km away and an outdoor pool 1 km away. In the park there are playgrounds ,a petting zoo and a tennis court. The entire garden is fenced off, so your dog(s) can be loosened in the garden. At the height of the entrance is a supermarket ,bike rental.

Shaving bridge between city and beach

The village of Schagerbrug is located in the Kop van Noord-Holland, in the municipality of Schagen. Around the village you will find an open polder landscape in which you can hike and bike excellently. Not far west of Schagerbrug is a beautiful dune area, the Zwanenwater, in which you can relax well. A beautiful beach walk is of course also possible! A visit to Den Helder or Alkmaar is also one of the options.
