The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is active, and work is done here. We have many chickens, suckler cows, bees, and our two Labrador girls, Caro & Maya, who roam around freely. In the absolutely idyllic Kas Alm on the Grandsberg you can relax in peace with your whole family or your friends or celebrate your birthday and other special occasions. NOTE: The access to Kas Alm is via a forest path. The path is not passable with sports cars. The Kas Alm cannot be accessed by car in winter in snow (except with snow chains). The Kas Alm is within walking distance in approx. 5 minutes' walk from the parking lot of Grandsberger Hof.

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
