The area offers many cycling routes and hiking trails and the sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Nearby are beautiful coastal cities like Koper, Izola-fishing town, Piran, Portorož also Trieste and Venezia-Venice , Novigrad, Poreč, Rovinj, Pula... You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gazon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.
