Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

The lounge / dining area has the original stone fireplace with a wood burner. Original stone flooring and a juliet balcony overlooking the River Holme below. Two bedrooms both en-suite. A king bedroom and an adult size bunk bedroom. (Our secluded garden is slightly separate, to the side of the house. It’s a 10 second walk to the side gated entrance)
