Welcome to our cozy apartment in Zurich! Discover the beautiful ambience and enjoy relaxing moments on the spacious sun terrace. Thanks to the central location, you can be at the airport or main train station in just 15 minutes. In a quiet residential area in the north of Zurich, we offer a beautiful, bright roof apartment with bathroom, kitchen, living / dining area and two bedrooms. The outside area with pergola and barbecue is open for sharing. Oerlikon railway station is less than a ten-minute walk from the apartment and the exhibition hall and the "Hallenstadion" are a 15-minute walk away. Airport and city center can be reached comfortably within minutes by public transportation.

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
