Schöne und ruhige 2,5 Zimmerwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer und seperatem, ruhigen Schlafzimmer am Ortsrad in Richtung Schweizer Grenze. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man schnell zu Fuss am Bahnhof oder beim Supermarkt. Die Einrichtung ist, bis auf die Küche, neuwertig und bietet alles was man braucht. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der bei der Buchung inklusive ist. On the Rhine it is a 10-15 min walk Parking directly at the apartment Bus connection in about 150m The apartment is located in a newly built area. Our house is ready. But every now and then there may be construction noise. (Adjacent houses) Exterior is not yet completed and will be built gradually in the summer / autumn of 2019.

do not hesitate to go to Mr. and Mrs. Grauer's who will receive you with quality. The apartment is very beautiful, functional, very clean with an outdoor space that does not lack charm. In addition, you are located in the countryside and still close to the bodensee, close to the city of Konstanz and the Swiss border. So really we recommend them.

The place was very clean. And very well equipped, had a lot of kitchen utensils, there was also salt, oil, sugar, paper towels. There was a folder with practices and places to visit. Had parking for the car. I had good communication with the host. It is a highly recommended apartment.

We really enjoyed our visit in Martin’s apartment. It was bright, spacious and well equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I love unique living spaces so I thought the repurposed pool/bedroom was quite fun. Martin is in my top five Airbnb hosts list. He was super responsive and generous. Our washing machine would not work and he came immediately to try to fix it. When he couldn’t, he took our clothes and did two loads for us! Wow!! Highly recommend!

New beautiful apartment with large rooftop terrace

We stayed in this AirBnB for 12 days and felt very comfortable! Check-in was very easy and everything worked great. The contact was always extremely friendly and accommodating. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment. Even with the very high temperatures, the air conditioning helps to make it pleasantly cool in the apartment! If you absolutely had to list something negative, that would be the small armchairs for us. But these are absolutely a matter of taste, we prefer to sit on a small two-seater. Other than that, there's nothing to complain about and we would definitely come back!
