Spacious property, beautiful and serene surroundings, nice pool, totally worth the money. All amenities for a short or long stay and super helpful host full of local recommendations. Staff were very friendly as well as helpful with anything required. Highly recommend to everyone come to Hoi An.

Our two families of 4 adults and 4 children ranging in age from 13 - 10 thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Ti Hon House. The host Hien, was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay, organising motorbikes, recommending eateries and tours and providing great advice on where to go and what to do in and around Hoi An. The house itself was beautiful and well furnished with comfortable beds and clean linen. The private pool was a welcome relief from the heat and the kids enjoyed morning and evening swims. The house is spread out across three levels with two bedrooms on each level so those with mobility issues might struggle. The location is somewhat rural with vocal roosters and dogs nearby but this was easily fixed with earplugs for the light sleepers. The house is about a 10 min walk into the Old Town but we found using Grab or motorbikes the most convenient. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in beautiful surroundings with a lovely host!

There were 12 adult families staying. It's a 3-4 bedroom, but they also showed me a 5-bedroom, so I had a comfortable rest. When you come to the villa, the chefs choose from Korean, Italian, and Vietnamese. Breakfast restaurant in the resort is also available after paying separately. Resort Main Swimming Pool is also available 24 hours a day. At night, chefs provide all kinds of meat and seafood barbecue parties. In conclusion, it was a successful trip to Da Nang.

This was a great place to relax with my young family after the hustle and bustle of days spent in the old town. Some nice little walks nearby (especially the Vegetable Village). The host was extremely accomodating and responsive.

I stayed in E4 and was very satisfied. The villa and service was excellent, with a responsive butler and a support chat group. Despite checking in at 1 AM, the butler guided me well, and the room was ready with lights and AC on. The pool was small but clean, and YouTube was available on the TV. The only minor downsides were that the bed was not very soft and the villa was not the newest but overall, it was great. I will definitely come back! ❤️

Great place to stay for a group of friends in Danang. Everything is operated by the resort so cleanliness was assured

12 of my closest friends and family members stayed for 3 nights very comfortably and enjoyably. It was spacious, clean, and it was nice to have a cool air conditioner, and Danang restaurants and bars were hot because the air conditioner was too weak. The host responded so kindly, and it was the Danang fireworks period. He booked the sky36 bar vip in Novotel, so I had a beautiful and unforgettable experience with the flames burst right in front of me.

This trip was extremely important to both me and my family, and his team was there for us every step of the way. Win, our tour guide, was absolutely fantastic! This house is simply wonderful—secure and tranquil. The beach? Stunning! It's a perfect spot for families and larger groups. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast together. I would give this Airbnb a solid 10, and I can't wait to come back again. The communication with the host was so good even before I went. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. However, I ordered food delivery in Da Nang city, but they didn't deliver it at the counter. I barely received a restaurant call or a counter call.. but the food was not good because it cooled down It's not a reservation through a resort, but an individual reservation through Airbnb, so the announcement from the beginning I got it, but I don't know if it's so difficult to call once that the food came from the counter.. For those who book with Airbnb and go, please take note. It was so nice that the accommodation had a private swimming pool. Overall, it was clean and nice. However, please note that the facilities are a little old because the accommodation is old ~ ~ The schedule was so tight that it was a bit of a pity that I only tied it up for a day. However, if I go again next time, I will go here again.. The host was so nice, and it was nice that he responded so well. I liked that the price I booked through Airbnb was cheaper than going through Agoda or other places.

Family had a great holiday

My family had a very comfortable and quiet time while staying here. The place is very clean and well-furnished. The area around the houseis not crowded and noisy, it is very interesting to have a rest after visiting the old town.

Thu and her husband are one of the best hosts that I've ever met on Airbnb. The host tried their best to support our trip and make sure we go to the other destination safely. They helped us to get local food and gave out great advice about what should we do in HoiAn. The rooms here are big, clean, and convenient. It just took us around 5 mins to Hoi An old town by taxi. The pool here is also clean and nice. Close to the place is a small local market that easily to get food. Overall, my family had a great experience during our time in HoiAn. Once again, thanks for taking the time to help me and my family. I appreciate your gift of food when checking out.

It was a wonderful stay! Tu and Minty were exceptional hosts and warmly helped us with everything from arranging cabs to suggesting nearby attractions. They were proactive and always ready to help. Highly recommend this place.

Firstly, it was our first time visiting Vietnam and Hoi An from South Africa, with family joiningfrom Barcelona. What a brilliant find this villa was, for 6 of us to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday. An absolutely beautiful Villa. The villa is very nice and spacious. A few signs of wear and tear in showers and garden furniture We had a pleasant stay. The villa is easy to access, close to Da nang and Hoi an. It's very easy to get this delivered or order a grab. I'm happy to come back again
