Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Điện Bàn

Description exactly as it say’s on Airbnb. Hosts are so lovely, always at hand for anything. I can’t recommend this place enough. The building is located very nicely just outside of old town. The interior is a wonderful historic experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Mrs Coc was making my stay a very pleasant experience, she was most welcoming and supportive. One evening I was invited to have dinner with her and her husband. Her food is great!!! I also loved the room I was in and enjoyed the cool breeze in the evening whilst working on the little balcony. The location is very convenient. Not to close to the tourist cluster, but still in close distance on a bike. By the way, Mrs Coc is also a great model, I took some wonderful pictures of her, wearing a traditional Ao Dai :) Thank you, Coc, I will never forget the great time at your homestay.

I had a nice time at this place. Although Luca wasn’t around during my stay, his mother assisted me with mostly everything I needed, with some minor language barrier. The room was good, and the reading nook by the window was my favorite part. Overall, I’m very much satisfied staying for 10 nights at Luca Homestay. Truly worth the value. Thanks Luca and mom!

Cozy place for a family trip. Pool is perfect and beach is beautiful. But a little remote from markets or stores. Hoang is the best host ever!!! Quick respond to all my questions. Gonna choose her again next time I come to Da Nang.

It is located in a very good place. If it's far away, of course you can use the buggy, but this accommodation is a walk to the main swimming pool and You can move the pool in the beach I was satisfied with both the spacious bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen facilities on the first floor were also perfect.

A beautiful house in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was above average good for the price, so shower and toilet were separated. Although it is very quiet there, you can easily and quickly get to the old town or the beach, especially with the bikes you get there free of charge. Jolie and all the other staff are really very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

This house is in a neighborhood between Da Nang and Hoi An, perfect if you want to be able to go to both. It is very secluded, no stores around to buy food or drinks but when you call a taxi they arrive in 5-10mins. There is a club house restaurant, bar, beach and pool. Had issues with some plugs not working and the host took care of it right away. Very responsive to messages. Great spot for families but we did not feel uncomfortable as a group of young adults.

I stayed for a long time and will list from the disadvantages of the place. Overall, it was clean, but the washing machine and crib were dirty. In the case of the washing machine, you replaced it because it couldn't be cleaned. The crib is very dangerous and worn, so I bought new bedding locally and I cleaned it. The clothes dryer was also worn and rusty. I stayed for about a week, but the mattress is uncomfortable, and the bedding is on the 4th day? I replaced it once on day 5. I think it would be better to replace this area often. The floor is marble and is a dangerous environment for small children. However, when I requested a kids' mat, I would like to thank you for delivering it with a low bed mat. The advantage is that the swimming pool was cleaned every day, so it was clean, and the people who cleaned the house every day came and cleaned it neatly. They responded quickly whenever I needed anything to make it possible. They were all kind. If my child was somewhat older, it would have been okay, so I give you a 5 star overall rating, but if the child is young, it is light. Laundry is unnecessary, and the child is so large that you can go back and forth on the second floor, and if you go on a family trip, it is considered a good accommodation for the value.

I was worried because there was nothing to leave a review ~ It was so satisfying that I didn't have to worry about it. The answers were quick, the facilities were clean, and the fact that the 5-star resort was available at this price, it was amazing! I intend to visit again. I also recommend staying in a single house!
