Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Điện Bàn

Very nice apartment, you have all the amenities. Internet is fast and there are 2 desks to work As there’s double exposition you can create a very nice airflow and avoid using aircon or even fan (a fan is provided). I read about another review saying that there’s smell in the apartment due to moisture. I think you need to be really sensitive to consider it a problem, it is almost imperceptible.

I booked last minute, was surprised because the room was clean, spacious and had big windows, the host always replied to messages quickly helped me a lot, will come back 🤩🤩

My family had the most wonderful time. Communication from the very start was easy and clear and responded quickly to my questions and requests. The apartment is lovely and as pictured. The resort is excellent and we enjoyed using the facilities and the private beach. Mr.Phuc helped us book transport and tours, which made life easy too! We had a fantastic stay at the Ocean Villas in Da Nang! The two-bedroom apartment was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the standout features was the daily cleaning service, which kept everything spotless throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Having private beach access was a real treat—peaceful, clean, and never crowded. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay by the beach. We’d love to come back!

It's really nice. You can rest neatly. There's nothing near the accommodation, so go in.

It is the best family retreat. You can stay in the villa and relax in the hot weather without walking around a lot. In the villa, you can also use breakfast directly as room service when ordering separately, and Grab is also available, but you can also use a car comfortably without much difference. The villa has all the tools to make food, so it would be a good idea to buy something to eat in advance at Lotte Mart, etc. The villa staff are all nice and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Minh’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Minh was an outstanding host very friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

We stayed at January Villa for 6 nights with a total of four people. The establishment seems to be a hotel however we were provided to the whole residence (we had access to three of the nine rooms). No one else was on the premises. Pool was great and well maintained. Location was a 15 walk to old town, some nice restaurants locally. Cong was very responsive and able to assist with all our enquires. Great stay, would recommend. Awesome for larger groups.

Good accommodation very close to the most lively area of Hoi An. If you don't want to be in the center but close, this is a good place

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Mia met us in the lobby and escorted us to the apartment. She was so super sweet. She made us feel welcomed and ensured her availability if we had any questions/concerns. The place was bright, airy, and clean. The location is extremely walkable with the beach entrance on the B side of the lobby. The two downsides I saw was having one portable burner (if you’re into cooking) and a small gap at the bottom of the back door creating easy accessibility for critters. Other than that, no problems. 5-stars!!⭐️
