There are lemon, pomegranate, fig and olive trees in the garden. It is a 7-8 minute walk to Akbük beach (on the cold water side). It is within a 2-minute walking distance to the Akbük minibus garage and the farmers' market held on Tuesdays. There are fold-out sofas for 2 other guests. You can cook in our apartment, the necessary pots, plates, spoons, forks, etc. are available as standard.
