The site is very nice, in the greenery. Eros-57 is both close to the beach and within walking distance of the grocery store. The path to the center of Akbuk takes 10+minutes by car, there is a bit of a bad road. In certain days of the week, it can be preferred in the center of Akbuk. Again, there are various supermarkets in the center of Akbuk. You will not have any problems regarding your home shopping. We have carboy water service where you can call the site again. There is also no agreement with kharma beach and no entry fee. Mr. Ahmet was very interested. It was helpful. The only problem was the kharma beach cleaning. The beach is not cleaned with respect, algae etc. is not a nice view. Also, again the kharma beach toilets were very bad. Other than that, we had no problems, it was a pleasant holiday. Would love to stay again.

5 friends stayed very comfortably. It was very close to the bays we went to. The environment was very calm and peaceful. Apart from swimming in the sea, we also swam very comfortably in the pool in the evenings. Our holiday was very comfortable and relaxing.

I had a fantastic stay at Olena's place! Her hospitality was outstanding, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. I truly appreciated her thoughtful touches and attention to detail. Thanks to Olena, my experience was memorable, and I highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great stay.

As seen in the photos of the house, the linens and towels are as clean as you use in your own home. It is quite difficult to walk from the house to the sea due to the slope, but you can go down to the beach in 1 minute by car, there is a parking lot on the beach. The site has its own deck chairs and umbrellas. The beach is not very crowded, you can easily find a place. The site has its own restaurant by the sea, the prices are not bad, we took our own food We took our own raki and they only charged us the service fee. The host Ms. Esra's mother Ms. Sema and her father are incredibly polite, caring and friendly people. They took care of us closely during our stay. We thank them once again for their polite and kind behavior. If you are looking for calmness and peace, I definitely recommend Ms. Esra's house. The house has a magnificent view. We sat and slept at home without sweating.

The villa was incredible—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

First of all, thank you Mr. Omer and he helped us with everything. The house has spectacular views just like the pictures, it has magnificent garden, the furniture is beautiful and there are 3 air conditioners. Everything necessary to live is available, one truly feels at home. Let's get to the negative little things, unfortunately everything was very dirty in the kitchen, a lot of dishes, etc. Our day was washed, and the most annoying thing is the salt flowing of the water. Tap water can't be used for food, etc., it's problematic even when washing a face. Unfortunately, it can't be reached on foot, just by car. Otherwise, there are sun loungers, etc. in the pilage, and the water is very clean according to the wave condition. If there is a wave, there is a lot of garbage. Overall, we were very satisfied and everything was nice. Although the transportation is a little bad, there is no problem with the car. The washing wire is broken would be fine if it was replaced. We would definitely recommend it to those who want a quiet holiday. ☺️

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay before and after because there were no guests, and thanks to him, we had a longer vacation. It's like we didn't rent an Airbnb, but we were guests at our friend's house. Thank you very much, I hope it will be available when we come back :)

The villa surrounds and hotel complex are beautiful and extremely pleasant to walk around (although note there are some quite steep hills). Everything you need is in the complex. The villa itself is very well decorated, clean and very easy to live in. The kitchen has everything you need and was immaculately clean. The host was responsive and was available at check-in to help us find the villa and settle in. We would definitely go back again.

A great host and a great place for families. You have a breathtaking view and the pool is so refreshing and pleasant that you don't want to go down to the beach so often. There are four villas next to each other, but all are separated from each other and you have your peace for yourself as a family. A really great villa. 100% recommended, especially because of the host, who seems to be really honest and helpful. Excellent
