There are lemon, pomegranate, fig and olive trees in the garden. It is a 7-8 minute walk to Akbük beach (on the cold water side). It is within a 2-minute walking distance to the Akbük minibus garage and the farmers' market held on Tuesdays. Luxurious 3+1 apartment with 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 guests, 0 furniture, daily rental, within walking distance to Altınkum beach. We have 3 bedrooms. There are fold-out sofas for the other 2 guests. You can cook in our apartment. Pots, plates, spoons, forks, etc. are available as standard. You should bring your own towels, slippers and hair dryer when you come to the accommodation. The address is Altınkum Mah. Yalı Caddesi Sk. No. 96. It is only suitable for families, no outsiders are accepted.

For safety reasons, large dog breeds must be kept on a leash on the property.
