“Peter's cottage is in a quiet and beautiful spot outside of Church Stretton. There are plenty of places to go walking and also lots of small villages to visit. Peter was welcoming and always friendly and even offered me lifts into town as i wasn't driving. The room was cosy and comfortable and you could help yourself to breakfast every morning. It's a great place for some quiet contemplation with beautiful views.”

“Heather and her husband Walter provided a very warm welcome and were very informative about the area and its history. They live in a 1990s farm house with a lot of horse-related facilities adjacent. We stayed there for the setting - South Shropshire is beautiful - and as we were house hunting in the area. Also because it was very reasonably priced and very dog-friendly which was important to us. Breakfast was a combo of cereals with fresh fruit, croissants and toast. The Swan pub is 300 yards down the road (a busy B-road so bring a torch if coming back at night) and was a great find both for ambience, drinks and food.”

“A clean and well equipped self contained flat. It has fantastic views and extensive gardens to enjoy particularly from the lounge onto the terraced area. Our host was quick to respond to our booking request and provided clear directions.
