The studio is spacious, clean, cozy and easily to sleep 1-3 people. It has TV, cooktop, dining countertop, fridge, microwave, coffee maker The neighborhood: The property is located in the Rudgear Park neighborhood. There are trails, public basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball field. Getting around: Easy access to Highway 680 and 24. Walking distance to downtown walnut creek to many shops and restaurants. Guest Access: Guest enter their studio from side fence gate so they come and go as they please. Interaction with Guest: We can be reached by texts and available to our guests if there is any problem. Other things to Note: the studio is on the back of the property behind the main house. You will need to climb a few stairs which are well lit. Small friendly pets live on this property. 1 night minimum.

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Phillip has an amazing house and I felt right at home. Getting inside was easy with the numerical key pad. It’s walkable to downtown Lafayette and close to all the places I needed to go. Phillip was kind, helpful and fun to talk to. I especially enjoyed sitting on the comfortable sofas outside his porch and the nice collection of Keurig coffee and tea. Thanks for a great stay.

David and Pam’s place was incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged to feel like home. They were both very responsive and kind, always making sure I was comfortable. I especially appreciated the quality toiletries and the thoughtful touch of snack bars. They even offered coffee and a great selection of teas, which was lovely. It’s clear they go the extra mile for their guests. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
