Vacation rentals with a patio in Devonport

The apartment was just what we needed - clean and homely with a comfy bed. The description was great, with everything available. Great parking. It's possible to walk to the centre of Plymouth for shops and movies, or an easy drive. Devonport itself has an interesting naval history, and the local 'artists' have added a great touch.

Tara was amazing couldn't do more if we needed her .Everything in the apartment was fabulous. The out side space is Everything that you see in the photos. Excellent stay and host .

Easy check in offered an early check in, no one bothered us while we were there very private perfect for me and my girlfriend that come down for the weekend

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment in Cawsand! It was perfect for a family getaway clean, comfortable, and really well-equipped, especially if you’re travelling with kids. The location was ideal too right on the beach and the car park makes it really easy to unload. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful coastal break!

Nice compact apartment, but with plenty of space for the two of us and our large retired guide dog. Very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Loved the breakfast supplies, containers of breakfast cereal, bread, spreadable and milk. But worth mentioning that there are quite a few steep steps down to the property.

We stayed here for 1 night, myself & my husband & I can honestly say it’s one of the nicest places we have stayed at. Choice of tea/coffee & milk which was brilliant to see as we had travelled a good few hours. Also love the hair dryer & hair straighteners thought it was a lovely touch 😁 we will stay here again & I would recommend it to anyone. Perfect location & such a lovely decorative place 😁

What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. We loved how spacious the bedroom was and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd very much recommend. Thank you for our stay Christopher 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Mark’s place is a gem with stunning views over the Tamar. This spacious house meant the whole party had plenty of space to relax after work. We were here for a month and it was so great. The house had everything we needed and as a host Mark was fantastic. He was proactive and flexible and made us all feel at home. We are a theatre company that often performs in Plymouth and we will definitely be returning to this beautiful house in the future.

The Old Byre is the perfect place to explore both Dartmoor and the south west coast . The cottage was well equipped and in a beautiful location, I wish that we could have stayed for longer. I would definitely like to stay again. Louise was always quick to respond and provided clear instructions.

This place is a beautiful home with a nice private backyard and very modern interior. The dog from the owner came over every day which was very nice for our kids. We arrived very late but everything was great from the beginning. On the first morning we received freshly baked bread from the owner. Within 30 minutes of driving there are lots of things to do. You can experience Cornwall including beautiful beaches but also relax in the house including a nice fireplace. Absolutely recommend this place!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Slipway. Great location for walking into town and the property is very comfortable and well equipped. Nice view of the river from the property and communication with Neil very easy.

Lovely, comfortable, well equipped cottage with a warm homely feel. The downside was the very steep steps in the garden to the back of property, (which we werent aware of as not in description or photos,) until 7 days before arrival. Anybody with limited mobility as my husband has would find it difficult to manage. There is access via high street but parking is not allowed.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. Communication was brilliant and very welcoming. My daughter absolutely loved the pool, and what a treat to be able to book it for our use only.

Clean, neat and comfortable. Good on amenities. Small patio area. Need a car to get there and away. Very kind host who was flexible with checkout.

A fabulous apartment, sensational view, spotlessly clean and some thoughtful touches on our arrival. Directions and check in arrangements were very clear and hosts followed up after to check in to make sure everything was OK. The 50 steps up to the apartment is slightly daunting, especially after a long cycle ride or coastal path walk ... but the view and immaculate furnishings more than make up for it! The added benefit of a balcony and dedicated parking space added to a perfect stay. Would recommend without hesitation.

Clifford and Mary were the perfect host with a beautiful home. The property had everything we needed to meet our needs. It was spotless and well maintained. The property itself is set in a beautiful location just a stones throw away from a selection of little beach coves. We spent quite a few days with our children enjoying the beach, searching for sea glass which is there in abundance. It's als close to Plymouth which provides plenty of options to explore Devon and Cornwall. There's a lovely pub just down the road from the property which provides excellent food and a great local vibe. Clifford and Mary made our family honeymoon the perfect week away. Thanks so much 😁

We had a wonderful stay at Di's place. She very kindly let us check in early as it was raining heavily and we had a toddler with us! She saved the day 🙂 The flat was perfect for what we needed - spacious and very clean. She had made the sofa bed up in the lounge too which gave us extra choices for sleeping arrangements which was helpful. The cream tea, milk, bread and wine were very welcomed and a real treat. Tavistock is a great town and we really enjoyed exploring - we walked around the market, gardens, high street and the viaduct walk. All within very close distance of the flat. There's a large Co-Op close by where we did our food shopping. All in all a really enjoyable stay, thank you Di!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated place. Complete privacy and host were thoughful and generous to have stocked everything one would need during a stay away from home. It was one of the best airbnb experience we have had so far. Thanks Pat and Lisa for being a wonderful host.

An excellent place to stay!! We spent 5 days here for a dive trip so was an great location for In Deep dive centre. Everything was fabulous. The kitchen was fully equipped…and with the best range of utensils I have ever seen!! We were able to cook things with ease. We really really appreciated Sophie leaving us fresh items like milk and juice along with bread and cereals. Really welcome after a long journey. The bed was so so so comfy!! The flat is a really decent size and well cared for. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. This is a really good little spot, somewhere I’d definitely want to stay again. Thank you again so much!

Very clean and tidy. Great location, close to city centre, Barbican and the hoe. Carlos was very helpful and a great host. Definitely recommend and hopefully return very soon.
