Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Detroit

Clean and comfortable! Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space to accommodate 3 travelers, house was the same as in the pictures. Would stay again!

Super nice house, nice space upstairs and downstairs , lovvvve the aesthetic of the house, great for a nice peaceful getaway, and Desmond is great a communication so don't be afraid to reach out, and the hot tub is definitely worth getting into 🥰super cozy. Will be coming back when I come to town

The house is just as it is described. This is a very enjoyable place to stay. This is my fourth time being here with the fishing trip and Mark is a great host will come again. Highly recommended

Deborah is honestly one of the nicest hosts I have ever had the pleasure of booking with. She is so thoughtful and kind. Her Air BnB was so sweet and charming and my family had a wonderful stay. We loved our time in Oak Park and Detroit and when we are in the area again, we plan on coming back to stay here.

Great spot for a larger group. All amenities worked as described! The backyard needs a good weeding and the interior finishing is a little rough compared to the listing photos. Still a great space both inside and out. Great communication with host. Nice and clean. Would stay again!

I honestly can say, there is nothing I would change about this Airbnb! Nathan took the time to truly think of every detail. This home is very inviting, beautifully decorated and well lite. The amenities are all there! More dishes and towels than usual. To top it all off, Nathan’s home is pet friendly and my dog enjoyed the enormous backyard tremendously! If you are in Oak Park and need a quiet place to retreat, this Airbnb is your dream stay!!! Thank you Nathan. Can’t wait to meet again.

Nick is a great host. We had a crazy late check in, and he didn’t sign off until he knew we were squared away (2:00 am). The location is nice and close to everything you want to do in downtown, but kinda tucked away and quiet. We would definitely stay at Nick’s again.

Probably the best airbnb experience we’ve ever had!! The place felt homey and had everything you would need. I was even able to make food for thanksgiving!!

Laura was an amazing host! We felt right at home, and the place was spotless. She answered our messages and assisted us with the bonfire. My daughters had an amazing time, we were sad that due to our limited time we couldn’t do the rope course at her property. If we visit Michigan again, we’d definitely stay here!

We had a great stay at Annie's. She was a very kind and attentive host. We would definitely stay there again. If you are a U of M fan, you couldn't ask for a more convenient walk to the Big House, yet on a quiet street, out of the way. Close to many activities and restaurants. Comfortable beds! (Which made a huge difference after many travel delays.)

Michael’s place is such a hidden gem! Everything matched the descriptions and photos, the lake view was beautiful, the area was quiet and peaceful. I could truly go on and on about how nice our weekend here was. We definitely plan on coming back!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

This was such a special stay and I can't say enough positive things about Jerald's boathouse on the canal. I only had one night there and hated to leave. The photos don't do the space justice, with so many thoughtful touches, tremendous design, and deliciously comfortable furniture. I arrived to a family of geese with little geeselings swimming by and woke up to the sunrise over the water. I loved the quiet community of the canal, with a few boats quietly cruising by, and just wish I'd had time to take the canals out for a treat. Jerald was so helpful with check in and local recommendations. I loved everything about this beautiful little retreat!

I must say I didn’t get to stay the full time I intended due to a small mishap on my end and when I say Brady was so nice and helpful and fully understanding even refunded me because I couldn’t stay (once again for something on my end) this really restored my hope in humanity! Very professional, kind and easy to communicate with. Would literally respond in seconds when I messaged! I’m Definitely going to book in the summer sometime.

The bathtub with jets and hot tub made our stay very enjoyable.

Beautiful property, feels private and remote even though right off the highway. Unique mid-century modern decor/interior design — not your typical sterile, greige cookie cutter Airbnb! Responsive, friendly hosts. I stayed here over the Christmas holiday, and Matt went out of his way to salt/shovel the walkways/driveway the morning of Christmas Eve when it had snowed the previous night. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again!

This cozy little gem is a great little getaway place for a weekend stay. All your basic amenities. Clean, easy check in and such a great view. Walking distance to a few places to eat, but not to far from Ann Arbor either. Host was very responsive; friendly. I would totally stay there again.

Felt right at home in this 1940’s log cabin. Ryan and Tammy’s communication was very helpful before arrival of items they provided and check in process. The beds are not the most comfortable but good enough for us for two nights. Plenty of pillow options and linens. The cabin does have low doorways so if you’re tall you will have the urge to slouch inside. The house is nestled on a hill with plenty of trees that provide privacy and a secluded feel from the surrounding homes. The log cabin is unique to this very nice neighborhood as other homes are more traditional. We enjoyed coffee on the porch and spotted turkeys, deer along with plenty of birds, squirrels and chipmunks. It was a great cozy find. This was our first Airbnb experience and this stay encourages us to find another gem in the future.
