We had a wonderful stay! Loved that golf was included! The condo was very nice, and the staff was very quick to respond to the couple of small issues that came up. The only recommendation to make it better would be new mattresses for both bedrooms.

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

Great place to stay for two families! Short drive to all the restaurants and a pretty easy walk even for my littles to the beach! House was well equipped thank goodness for the beach chairs and toys! Would stay again!

Patrick was a great house - he proactively reached out every step of the way to answer questions before they came up. The house was clean when we got there and we didn’t have any issues with the property during our stay. I would recommend and stay there again.

My wife, kids and I had a blast! Having the golf cart available made it a fantastic stay! Taking rides at night, early mornings and just getting out and about to explore was probably the best part. Would absolutely stay again, and plan on it!

This home was everything and more! The outdoor oasis was amazing. Plenty of seating, everything you need for the beach. Plenty of floats and things for our grandsons to enjoy in the pool. The home is beautiful, has everything imaginable you will need. We cannot wait to book for 2026. The location and everything was perfect so quiet on a corner lit. Natalie came in clutch when we had a reservation fall thru last minute elsewhere. She was extremely responsive and willing to help. The facility is top notch as described, easily accessible and easy to find. It couldn't have been any better. Thank you for the great experience. We recommend 5 stars!

This house was exactly what we needed, great pool that the kids loved! We had an issue with A/C when we got there but reached out to Anna and within 30 minutes a technician was there and it was fixed! Appreciate the fast response and fixing the issue.

Truly enjoyed our anniversary stay at Allison's cottage. The place is very homey, cozy & clean. Walkable or bikeable to the near public beach access & seaside town. Allison's cottage has everything we needed from bathroom essentials, pool essentials & kitchen essentials. There's no microwave or dishwasher, but we didn't need them because we mostly dine out. We love how there's an outdoor shower, it was useful on days we were sandy after the beach. We didn't really get to use the bikes because it was too hot. But we still enjoyed being able to bike for a bit around the area, specifically since we haven't bike since after high school or college. Highly recommend booking with Allison & we will definitely come back!

The stay at Jade East Tower was great. Lisa is the best person who always communicates on time, very helpful, responsive and considerate. The services provided by her were awesome. I will definitely recommend her and will take the next trip at this place and through her only.

Thoughtful touches like beach chairs and cooler storage showed the hosts really care about guests’ needs. 📍 Location: Easy access to beaches, local shops, and dining. Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

I rented this home to have a quiet girls’ weekend with my sister. The home was perfect for our needs: we both had our own space, with a comfy living room and gorgeous back patio overlooking the golf course. Our host, Sarah, was very easy to contact, and even reached out to let us know the home was ready to check-in earlier than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart, which was in great condition. This was the perfect stay for my finance and I. The location was minutes from the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton. The space was clean, cozy, and quiet! Although smaller, it’s exactly as pictured (which we clearly knew). Plus, how much time do you spend in your room on vacation?? We were excited to find additional towels in the bathroom, extra beach towels, chairs, etc. in the closet, too! We’d stay again for sure!

Amazing stay for us and our family! Place was gorgeous, pool was beautiful, and walking distance to the beach made our visit incredible. We left feeling refreshed and recharged. Must stay! And will be the first place we look if we come back.

Nothing but great things to say about Tara’s place! She demonstrated excellent customer service. The house itself was SO lovely! You can tell the hosts are serious about what they do. Felt like a high-end luxurious hotel. Impeccably clean, from dish-ware to linens to bathrooms. Lots of supplies available! Tons of towels, toilet paper, toothbrushes, and even spices for simple cooking. This was my first time at an Airbnb where I actually felt at home. When you’re here, you only need to worry about vacationing. The hosts thought more about our needs than I probably did. Outside looked just like the photos: aesthetically pleasing and private! It is pretty clear that the neighborhood is going through heavy gentrification. Despite that, this location worked for us, as it was pretty central and easy to access from the highway. The beach was a quick-ish drive away, but we struggled to find parking for the public access points. Overall, we had a great stay! 5 stars without a doubt.

By far one of the best and most beautiful airbnbs we have stayed at. It had everything we needed and more! Beds were very comfortable, furnishings were stylish but you still felt like you were at home. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, kitchen items, etc. Location was perfect, and parking spaces were always plentiful. Will book this place every time we return to Destin. 100/10

Don’t let the new listing tag fool you—this stay was incredible. The host was a pro and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is spacious, beautifully furnished, and offers a stunning view of the pool and canal. We love fishing, and the backyard’s easy water access made it perfect for daily fun. We spent a full week here and only made it to the beach once because we couldn’t get enough of the amenities right at our doorstep. The paddleboard, kayak, wagons, and abundance of chairs were great bonuses, the garage also helped us keep the space tidy. The walk to the beach was quicker than expected—closer than the pictures suggest and even faster than some nearby condos we’ve stayed at. Plus, the harbor taxis that pick you up at the backyard dock added a unique touch, taking us to local restaurants with ease. If you don’t need a constant beachfront view, this house offers a much better experience than a condo. It’s easily one of our best stays, and we’ll definitely be back!

First of all, Courtney is wonderful! She was on top of things. I had booked another house with her for the trip and it was getting renovated. She wasn’t sure it was going to be ready in time so she was able to switch my accommodations! During the trip she was very responsive to all of my questions and I was very appreciative of that. And the cherry on top was the house. It was amazing! Very peaceful and very easy to get around. The golf cart was a major plus. My kids loved it and that’s all they wanted to do was ride in it. I highly recommend any property that Courtney owns! I’ll make sure we visit again soon.

Perfect place for traveling with kiddos!! The two wagons, two pack n plays, endless games at the house, and beach toys made our trip extremely enjoyable with a 7 year old and two babies. The beach is less than 10 minutes away making it very easy to go back and forth multiple times a day. The house was very spacious and packed with extras. We enjoyed the hammock and campfire seating in the backyard as well. Benjamin was very helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommend staying here!

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this home was. It’s a very large, spread out home with beautiful decor and views of the pool and bay. The master suite was my favorite with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. My family loved the large home, the pool and the privacy of the home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of activities to do in the home and outside. There is some wear and tear in the home such as the walls, but it did not affect our stay. The home shows a hot tub, which it is not a hot tub, but it is used to heat the pool. The house had everything you would need to cook, clean, fireplace, all the essentials, family games and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the home! I would recommend staying here!

This was the most amazing condo. It was beautiful and spacious. The beach was wonderful and so easy to access. I liked how it was a private beach and we could rent chairs and not worry about finding a chair in the mornings. Marlena was so sweet and always answered my questions. This will be my top place to stay in Destin from I’m here on out!

Loved staying at Destin Retreat. Stan was a great host, supe responsive and also proactive about things to do and just making sure the stay was going well, from check-in to check-out. The house itself was great. Clean, great location and as described. Right across from beach and just steps away from the public access to beach. Close drive to numerous great restaurants. My kids are coffee fanatics and house is just a few blocks from a great little coffee shop they visited each morning. Definitely would stay at this location again and/or any locations owned by Stan. One of the best hosts I've encountered over my years using AirBNB.
