Dista 800 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria ed è servito dalla linea degli autobus Venezia-Treviso. La confortevole camera arredata in stile moderno misura circa 30 mq ed è così composta: da un letto singolo e un divano letto matrimoniale, antibagno con ampio armadio, bagno privato con doccia e angolo cottura completamente attrezzato e dotato di piastre elettriche e frigo. Terrazzino vivibile con sedie e tavolino, aria condizionata e tv. Nel prezzo è compresa la biancheria e la connessione internet wireless.
