We stayed here while attending a show at the NEC, which was just a 20-minute drive away. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, including convenient off-road parking. There’s a shop just around the corner, and the shopping centre is only a short drive away. Alison was a fantastic host—great communication and quick to respond to any messages

It is definitely a lovely place with a convenient parking space right in front of the house. The house is spacious with easy access to the city centre. The owner solves all our problems efficiently.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy drive to NEC, lots to do in and around the area. Lee left really a really good dossier about the house and the area. We would stay again.

He responded quickly when needed. Checked on me on first day of arrival and actually turned up to see if I was okay. Kind and very proactive landlord

Very comfortable apartment in a great location on a canal. Close to Brindleyplace, museums, art galleries and the Jewellery Quarter. Lovely to walk along the canals. Happy to recommend this apartment.

The apartment was clean, modern and showroom condition. Cristiano was a very good communicator and very kindly helped with finding a restaurant that would take a late booking, as we were likely to be back late from an England cricket match at Edgebaston.. If AirBnB allowed me to give a 4 star rating without affecting the host’s rating, then I would have done so. This would have been about the building poor common parts, one lift out of order and the grim corridor to the flats. But none of these things are a reflection on Cristiano. The location is also very central and so convenient for all Birmingham city has to offer in culture and night life. The building clearly has many apartments used for AirBnB lets.

I had a comfortable night in a location that was close to a gig I was going to. Communication was great and all was as described. I hadn’t picked up from the listing that the only ventilation is the door and a small window in the bathroom. If it was warmer I’d have wanted the door open but it’s ground floor facing the road. None of this was a problem for me but others, in warmer weather, might be glad to know.

The apartment was great, centrally located, clean and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive and completely approachable with any questions we had. Only tiny downside was the blinds in the bedrooms weren’t amazing and let in a LOT of light. Also, because of the location, it could be quite loud at night. But that’s understandable given the location which was so close to the theatre and train station.

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Had no issues, host reached out to ask how stay was. Clear check in instructions were provided to find the location, the box and get in. The house felt like a home for us while we were there, beautiful, neat, clean, and homely. Plenty of space and array of things provided such as tea, coffee, shampoo and soap, host provided a small bowl of sweets which was a nice added touch. We both loved our stay and agreed we would definitely stay again if it came about. Location is pretty close to most places in town for a quick Uber or not too far from the bus.

It was a great place, very responsive hosts, home away from home as the apartment was very clean, security was top notch also, host was friendly and always ready to help out with any concern. Thank you, Jay. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Great location, easy to get to / from. Everything to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Our favourite feature is the garden, right next to the canal, where we can sit and watch the ducks, geese and boats go by.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Very central and comfortable apartment. Great to have two bathrooms when sharing with friends. Great communication from host. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
