Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Derbyshire

Great stay at Jennie’s house. Loved the location for Sherwood Forest, Nottingham Castle and the Tramway Museum. Kids loved the garden and hot tub and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend.

Sally is a very professional Airbnb host with no details spared at the property. She was quick to respond to queries and the house is beautiful. Perfect for a weekend trip away to the Peak District and close enough to town and amenities. If we are back in town we will undoubtedly book again. Thanks again!

We have just had a lovely weekend with our children and young grandchildren. The house and garden are beautiful. The extensive lawned garden was ideal for our young grandchildren, and the patio area was ideal for the adults who were able to sit and chat and enjoy being surrounded by peaceful countryside. We didn’t use the barbecue but we did use the hot tub- very clean and very warm- the grandchildren loved it. L The kitchen was large, attractive and fully equipped. The bedrooms were very spacious and had a lovely view of the garden or countryside from every window. The two modern bathrooms were great - we all had showers each morning without any problems. The sitting room was bright and attractively furnished with lots of soft cushions. It was easily big enough for us all and had a large tv with a wide range of channels- the little ones managed to find all their favourites. Chris has been very helpful throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay! Rebecca is a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent throughout. The lodge was easy to find thanks to the clear directions, and check-in couldn’t have been easier. The place itself was fantastic, spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. The small garden and hot tub were also very relaxing—perfect for unwinding. Absolutely fantastic cottage which has everything you need and more. Set in a stunning quaint village with great local pub that serves good quality food and drink. Once booked the communication from the owners Jan & Craig was quick, clear and very thorough and they also went out of their way to arrange a lovely bunch of flowers that I had asked for. On arrival the cottage didn’t disappoint, being exceedingly clean and everything provided is of the highest quality. Lots of great walks in the area including Carsington Water that can be reached via a short walk from the cottage. We will definitely be back.

Lovely stay at Runner Ducks Cottage. Stayed here on our way to the Lake District. Charlotte was very accommodating and even allowed our parents to park their camper van on their property as they were joining us on the journey 😊. Very cosy cottage surrounded by animals and beautiful countryside. The hot tub was a huge hit and it was wonderful to chill in there whilst taking in the beautiful view. We have used a lot of Air BNB properties and would rate James' property as the best. It was beautiful, spotless, amenities were of an exceptionally high standard and James himself was a wonderfully warm and engaged host. We will definitely be back.

An absolute gem of a place! Exquisitely decorated with the best fixtures and fittings, luxury bedding and towels in an idyllic setting. Perfect for my girls weekend away, the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We will be back!

Lovely spot to get away and relax. Nice, clean well equipped house with character. Kind and attentive hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Woodland walks and wildlife right by the door. Loved it all - especially the log burner powered hot tub. A great place for a family holiday and Famous Five style adventures.

We had a lovely relaxing stay here for our wedding anniversary. The pod was very well equipped and comfortable although we spent most of our time outside on the deck and in the hot tub as the weather was so good! We are keen walkers and there were plenty of decent hikes in the area and some good pubs for food & drink afterwards.
