Our luxurious and romantic cottage with a fabulous Superking bed is the perfect retreat for visitors to Manchester and the Peaks who want a relaxing holiday in a spectacular setting. Nestled in a conservation area of the Heaton Mersey Valley, it is a little piece of country in the town. It is surrounded by beauty spots, parks, nature reserve, shops, restaurants, transport links and a nearby pub. If you wish to bring a beloved pet, please let us know, there is a small additional cleaning fee.

This medieval jewel is Ideal romantic get away for that special occasion.The property stands in 5 acres of land with ponds, formal and informal gardens. Flash has a pub The New Inn for drinks and a cafe close by. Located 1/2 a mile from Flash, the highest village in England 5 minutes from Buxton spa town which has many eateries and with easy reach many peak district towns and villages including Chatsworth, Bakewell and Matlock etc.

17th century cottage in Matlock

A very old stone cottage but newly renovated inside. The cottage was my home, my children were all brought up there. I now live in a barn at the top of the driveway which we tried to build in as energy saving way as we could. During the cottage renovation we have tried to make the space as 'green' as possible.
